FACTS Community App Reviews

Any school looking to use FACTS or RenWeb should stay far away. Downloaded FACTSCommunityApp to find what many other parents report; broken links, non-functional sections, and crashing. Dev hasn’t responded to a single user post. While the RenWeb app is functional it’s chunky, limited in functionality, and severely dated. I’m guessing it hasn’t really been updated since the first generation iPhone. It really makes you wonder where the $5/yr subscription is going, because it’s certainly not going towards keeping FACTSCommunityApp up to date and functional.

Like others said it’s useless, you can’t actually access any info for your school it’s a demo app. Don’t waste the time

FACTSCommunityApp is shown as a demo app and I’m unable to log into my school account.

What happened to the Renweb format. This is totally worthless to teachers. Please bring back an app that works. Teachers depended on it.

Why isn’t the staff time clock on the home page/easy to use?

FACTSCommunityApp is pure junk. It keeps logging you out only to get stuck in a vicious cycle of logging you and back in repeatedly.

This is not an useful app. 95% of the features don’t work.

I literally cannot open my grades, always error codes. I can’t even open FACTSCommunityApp most of the time. It’s absolutely terrible and Powerschool is way better.

FACTSCommunityApp appears to be completely useless — unless your school buys a subscription to FACTSCommunityApp or charges families to use it. It used to be that renweb included an app with their services without additional cost. Now the money hungry FACTS mngmt team has “sunset” most of the useful items for teachers, families, and students in favor of fattening their own pocketbooks. Including FACTSCommunityApp . It is a matter of time before they probably receive a “sunset” status by all of the schools and families using them. Worthless app.

App says server error on most of the tabs. Then wrong information for the school on others. Sometimes it will even day that it’s a demo app can someone please get this fixed. I don’t want to use laptop every time.

I find it so frustrating. Constantly getting locked out. Doesn’t recognize school district. Idiotic how we keep changing platforms. In short, your company should be embarrassed!

9 out of 10 features of FACTSCommunityApp never worked. Now after the latest update I can’t even log in. Complete was of time to install. If I could give negative stars I would.

I definitely feel that your competitor PowerSchool is way ahead of the game and is better than this. It shows the GPA and notifications if a student’s grade has changed. Additionally it is easier to access and not cluttered and unorganized. FACTSCommunityApp needs to step up its game if it stands a chance with PowerSchool.

Cannot see full screen when ordering lunch. When I ordered lunch separately for each of my sons in different grades, it put entire order on oldest sons order and my younger son did not get to eat lunch. He cried for over an hour. Very unhappy Mother!!!!! Fix it.
You will not even let this review go through. Priceless.....

The only thing a could do is check grades, No Directory, no Lunch, and No nothing.

Half the options say login error. I would fix these and I will give 5 stars

Love the look of FACTSCommunityApp . Just need to get rid of all the server error and actually have the information linked to my school account and it will be GREAT!

I have an account but could not login with my info. Told me my password had expired.
It would be great to have an app to look up my students grades. I will try again soon.
