Problems with Subscription

Hello all, I decided to try the 3 days free, and forgot to cancel it before it charged me for a year’s worth, which is on me, but then I immediately cancelled my subscription so I never forget about it again. But even so, this means that the $30 I paid should allow me to access the templates until 2023, but every time I go on the app and click on a template, it tells me to sign up again. Shouldn’t I receive access for a year since I paid? Even if I cancelled my subscription? Pretty annoying, complete waste of money.
Frustrated need assistance

I’m sending this review because I am being scammed. The app is amazing but I have been paying for the plus for over a year now. It seems like it decides to let me use all the features that plus comes with whenever it feel like it. Sometimes when I go to use a premium feature it blocks me and ask me to upgrade to something I’m already subscribed to. This is very frustrating because pay for this app to streamline some of my graphic design work. If someone could reach out to me to resolve this I would really appreciate it. Other than that the app is great just buggy
What happened??

I’ve been using this app on the free version, but finally had to upgrade to basically use any of the not so boring templates. Now I can’t seem to get anything to work right. Especially the animated styles. App keeps acting so weird & locking up, lags when I try adding a pic. Also, not enough instructions (which these apps really shouldn’t need instructions by this point… pretty self explanatory.. EXCEPT when you have an app such as this one that doesn’t want to function the way it really SHOULD!) Huge disappointment.
