It’s always a day behind on weather updates and too many ads
Changes in weather are covered on the weather broadcast but not always updated on LEX18StormTrackerWeather . Big problem for a farmer! They have added cute little lightning bolts to hourly and daily weather-same color as the weather details and make those details hard to read.
For the love of God, please tone down the ads or offer up an in-app purchase to get rid of them. The most annoying is the ad on the hourly forecast that makes it impossible to read the text. It’s so hard to read with the lightning background that was added with the last update. The brightness of the lightning bolts wipes out the white text. It’s also a “busy” background making it distracting. What were they thinking??
While it’s troublesome to read the hourly/daily app it becomes dangerous when one cannot even begin to make out what the weather alerts state. No one wants to see ads when trying to watch what they have to say about what’s in store for us. I would give this 5 stars but it only gets two
But it needs a lot of work. Plus you need to get rid of the ads.
Radar is great but the hourly forecast and daily forecast doesn’t match up sometimes. I play golf a lot and have gotten wrong data from this weather app, especially on the weekends.
When I put my finger on the button, it quickly said “payment processed.” Wha?? I didn’t see a cost or a subscription fee or anything. How do I find out?
Seems there’s quite a bit of “nowcasting” when it comes to precipitation. I’ve seen the chance of precipitation percentage change significantly within the same day depending on whether it’s raining or not.
