10 months agoHello, Recently my son found this app and loves it! He did the free and trial and asked me if we could sign up for $7 a month upgrade. I said yes and I asked him to just get me to the page where I add my info. He did that and I entered my credit card info and signed up. It was at that time he realized he had lost all the plays he had been working on. So I told him to sign in…. He said he never signed up for a username or password. I asked him how this could be, since I’ve already signed up to pay? He didn’t know!! We have no idea how he got me to pay without logging in. I checked my account and sure enough, it was charged for $7. But there wasn’t a way to access what we’re paying for because we don’t have an account! Do you understand? I ended up having him make an account, sign in and we filled out the credit card info again and so now he has access. BUT I’m getting charged double because somehow we still are getting charged from the first time he had me bc information in. I hope this makes sense. I really wanted to continue our subscription with them but I don’t want to pay double. Please help us figure this out!! Thank you Laura Nice

Great options but app doesn’t work
I wanted an intuitive easy app to develop plays and formations, went online, paid for the upgrade, so far so good. Once I downloaded the app, that’s when the good times ended, it just sits in an initializing stage and nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Super frustrating as I was looking forward to using the app and sharing these formations with my other coaches, instead I spent all that time when simply drawing it up likely would have been better

App won’t work
When I open the app it’s just a grey screen and I can’t do anything, the old version works and I enjoyed it and wanted to upgrade but something is wrong with it, if you could help me in any way it would be appreciated
