Looking For Assistance

I like the app a lot; however, I’ve run in to an error and have been unable to find assistance.
I have purchased the Unlimited Access and it was working fine for about a week but I no longer have access to it. When I click subscribe I’m told I already have a subscription but when I restart the app it tells me again I need a subscription. I’ve attempted to delete, reinstall, and purchase the subscription again but that has not worked.
When I selected App Support on the App Store it took me to your website which prompts me to download the app. Ironically I’m stuck in a loop.
So cool but so limited

Wish you could do more than 1 line of type.
Wish you could do more text blocks.
Wish it output at a higher res.
So hard to exit the type screen. There’s no done or home button that allows you to find the menu once your in the type mode. Makes me give up using it.

A pretty simple app which offers basic examples of typography. It's good if you have a design in mind that allows for creative flexibility.
I wanted to use the M7 setting for a logo that consists of 3 words and which spin in a circular direction. Two of the words had no space in between and no way to create one. Also, I wasn't able to hide the keyboard to access additional settings beneath the display area. The circle ran in a clockwise direction. My logo reads better in a counterclockwise direction to make the logo read left to right, but I wasn't able to change that.
The app is ok, though. It gives me confidence that I can create what I need using a more sophisticated program and that's cool.
