Ready for an upgrade

If I could I’d rate this 0 stars I would reason being I’ve completed all four maps and yet the the map after shellys has yet to be up on my game I’ve leveled up all my characters at least completely with each having two outfits and still managing to upgrade the power ups for each character it has now been a week since I’ve finished all four maps when are you guys going to open the new map so I can keep enjoying this wonderful game I’ve just hit 9 million as my top score following that score was 3 million and I just beat it today that’s how much I love this game if the game isn’t finished being uploaded or however you guys do it then I’m just going to delete it from my downloads and find another game more suiting to my boredom needs

I had saved over $4000 on the game I want to open a chest before I could even hit a button it’s been $2000 out of my 4000 on another chest. I didn’t even get a chance to hit a single thing also the game often logs me out when I am in the middle of playing a game and deletes a lot of my progress on the game randomly. And one time I was in the middle of a race and I had just gotten my high score when it logged me out and took away four of my diamonds. After that it even deleted one of the outfits that I had earned on my first character. So warning to whoever gets this game it will probably glitch on your phone and delete your progress. I hope this company is very ashamed of itself.
Glitches

I would give 5 star but from last month it has lots of glitches. I had open all 4 characters and all map but suddenly before 2 days when I start a game 2 characters were locked and map as well so I restart it and it unlock 1 character. I have to restart again to unlock my other character and map. Also from yesterday I am having problem to play a game when I start and as soon as start running it forced closed after 1 or 2 minutes. I restart several times but having same issue. It kicks me out from a game.
When are you guys planning to fix it I can’t play from 1 week when I open it crash. Forced closed
