I have a problem with Ruler, Measuring Tape

- No option to read out fractional measurements in decimal format with ruler etchings changed accordingly

- Scale size adjustment is overly sensitive

- No option for measuring in millimeters

- Measurements are way off on some devices (e.g. iPad Pro 11 inch)

- Limited measurements to choose from

- Cannot minimize or use another app once screen is maximized

- Does not respond to touch command to change views or close it.

To resolve Ruler, Measuring Tape network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Ruler, Measuring Tape App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ruler, Measuring Tape » click [Force Stop]

Clear Ruler, Measuring Tape App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ruler, Measuring Tape » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ruler, Measuring Tape.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ruler, Measuring Tape » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ruler, Measuring Tape » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ruler, Measuring Tape
