I purchased this app trying to do a monthly payment to try it out. They charged me the full 1 year price. I contacted the customer service the next day to cancel or at least try to just get charged for a month subscription and they wouldn’t refund me or help in any way.
Horrible customer service and the app wasn’t even good. Pretty glitchy. I would rate zero if I could.

I’m not one to say negative things, but I paid seven dollars and it doesn’t do anything. Was hoping to have a fun quarantined night in, but instead found that I wasted my money. There’s no direction on the app, no way to cancel a subscription that I found, and frankly the app was just a blank screen that I couldn’t redirect from. Would HIGHLY suggest to save your money and not consider downloading this app.

Thanks for making it extremely difficult to cancel this awful strobe app. I’d love a refund. Strobe effect is terrible and the subscription is $7 a month with ZERO community. I didn’t even mean to subscribe but the only way to cancel is through your computer’s iTunes. Awful and expensive.
