i would want a refund

I have constant issues with Instories. I am in charge of social media for a well known injector and I will spend HOURS, literally sometimes 6-8 hours on a project. I will get it perfect and save- then all of my slides are out of order. The timeline is completely off. Numerous glitches. Entire videos and photos go missing. It’s beyond frustrating to spend that much time only to have my work be complete garbage. I am looking for other options.

I’ve been an Instories PRO user for several YEARS & this app has finally done me in! They’ve got classy templates, (which you literally have to wait a month in between the newest 3-5 ones they add ea. month). But there are too many cheaper apps out there today that don’t have near the glitches & grocery lists of other problems that are equally, if not even better than Instories! I’ve kept my mouth shut over their CONSTANT price hikes, but I am furious now. Last week upon opening my Instories app a huge purple pop up covered my screen, with bare minimum wording-it had NO FULL DESCRIPTION AT ALL on the entire poster!! It was super misleading, as I was under the impression (mainly due to the fact of the crazy high cost of $50!) as their “guide” most SURELY would be packed with never before heard of secret HACKS & overflowing with NEW tips & info! NOT a beginners guide or basically instagram itself’s how-to instructions, rewritten! I’ve been round & round with their customer service “Anna” for daysss now & get nowhere. Basically saying “sorry, not our problem, but thanks for the $50 bucks!” I’ve tried disputing the charge via Apple & it’s been denied twice! So I guess I’ll have to fight this with my bank, since they clearly do not respect their longtime PRO users at ALL! At this point it’s not even about the $, but the principle & how this is being handled! This developer is a total scam & are crazy, thinking they can trick & scam their users like this! I am so upset over this!
