Won’t let me cancel a subscription, I followed all the instructions but the options they describe aren’t even there in the app. No phone number. Trying to take $106.99 from me despite having cancelled over SIX months ago. STOP Jumbo, this is fraud.

I downloaded jumbo app June 26,2021 and did the 7 free days but on June 27,2021 decided not to keep the app tired of seeing all that pop up then today at 7pm they took 160.86 out of my account and I was not subscribed to them or authorized any payment to them and I have screenshots showing I did not subscribed . I also email them with no luck .!!. If my money is not refunded by Monday or I don’t get an email I would contact my bank fraud .

Hi there I recently received an notification from my bank today claiming the that a payment of £97.99 was taken from my account. As I don’t have the available funds to cover the costs each month. I wish to cancel my subscription and claim a full refund. Please. My plan was to pay only £13 each month. I want to cancel. Can you help as I need to money to pay my months rent and broadband.
Attempting to cancel the trial but its not allowing me to, nothing comes up under manage subscriptions. I emailed support and hope that takes care of it.
Complete fraud, click any of the contact pages. they are all blank or 404 errors, same 404 error if you fill out their nonsense 'contact support' form, when you click submit it's a 404 error. Charged me 100$ with no way to contact or get a refund. DO NOT TRY THIS TRIAL

Really love someone is taking the time to make this issue prominent and front and center, however I could not ever finish setup. Your mileage may vary, but for a subscription this is crazy unacceptable - a website would not crash in this way and you don’t have that as you only get the app. Also, you can’t seem to add your email aliases so you only get to check one email and number (no google voice or home / voip numbers).
After getting to the “Instagram” phase I noticed it stalled and eventually unexpectedly quit. Re-opening app resulting starting over at step 1 - LinkedIn. It crashes whether you skip or re-login with saved account. Rebooted iPhone X running latest non-beta OS (13.6.1). Same experience. Sigh. 64 GB free local storage.
All I can say is not ready for prime time, but the marketing images and branding looks tip top.

I subscribed to the the service and all seemed well. After a time I started having intermittent LTE and WiFi connectivity problems. I couldn’t keep an internet connection for more than a few seconds. Then after a couple of days the problem went away again for a time only to show up again. Rinse and repeat. I contacted Apple support, went though all trouble shooting steps including a full factory reset. That mostly seemed to fix the issue until after about half an hour, all of my apps had been reloaded. That was my first clue. It occurred to me this began around the time I downloaded Jumbo. I deleted the app and haven’t had a problem in 24 hours. More time is needed to be sure it’s the cause, but I strongly suspect somehow it is blocking some exchange needed to connect to websites, or is somehow otherwise interrupting my connection. I’ll will keep it deleted for at least a week and see if the problem re-emerges.
One week in and no more internet connectivity issues. I’m relieved I don’t need to pay for a repair, but disappointed this app causes this problem. Developers: pay attention and fix this critical bug!

I enjoy what this app does, it makes you aware of so much stuff that tracks you, it is not a completely free service but I think the security is worth paying for.
***why I had to delete the app:***
After my free trial ended I would go back in to just scan my email and apps. I then noticed my phone would barely hold a connection to wifi or to my 5g. I couldn’t even load a simple google search so I searched all over for what it could be for days, looked online, deleted apps, restarted my phone multiple times etc. I deleted this app out of curiosity to see if it was messing with my phone because it’s a VPN. My phone immediately went back to normal, my wifi and 5g are working just as they were before I downloaded the app.
