Not syncing with collection

I love the search tools and even paid for the premium to remove ads but I am unable to get the app to sync with my collection. It does 6 games in the Zs and crashes/stops.
How does one comment???!?!

Pros:
1. uploads your collection from boardgamegeeks.com
2. Decent game information.
3. Has minimal search features
Cons:
1. Limited search options
2. To many ads and app doesn’t support enough search options to upgrade to paid
3. Limited use. Better apps for everything else except search.
The one thing this app could have going for it, is very limited. The search option is clunky and minimal. I would like the ability to search by game complexity, mechanics, theme, or type.
