Speedy VPN: Best WiFi Security Reviews

I did some research like I do with most things before I purchase. NordVPN was always getting good reviews. It’s easy to install (iOS, Windows laptop) and the quick connect button is great because that means that it’s less that the wife and sons have to think about. The iOS app just like windows is well laid out and easy to navigate.


I have ran some speed tests and and honestly have NOT noticed any latency. I have even gotten faster speeds than usual depending on the server I was connected to.

So far, I have it installed on several iPhones, 2 iPads,1 pc. I even have it running on an older iPad using the open vpn connect app and the open vpn configuration files (thx for the handy manual).

The ideal set up is to also get the router already pre configured with NordVPN on it. This would also count as one connection and all devices are protected that you connect to the router for internet traffic. This is a perfect solution for all of our devices as we cut the cord several years ago now. That’s my New Years resolution?

I signed up for the 1 year plan before the 7 day trial ended. I honestly don't see myself going to another vpn provider as long as NordVPN works as well as it has so far.

Being a VPN novice, I still am working my way through learning both the intricacies and best ways of using VPN’s and the Nord system to full advantage. The UI is simple and easy, there’s consistent support from Nord offering me tips and suggestions on being a better user and after a couple of weeks of full, daily use, Nord just works, and seems to be effective and consistent. A great value too.

Been using since first releases and product continues to improve and rank high in security.

I have found in travels internationally and in north america that some ISPs and other entities seem to run routines that slows, filters, or blocks vpn data traffic. It is not the Nord app which works very fast managing the vpn transmission route channels.

With Nord system one can specify individual vpn servers to optimize performance at any time.

I have been using Nord for a month on a router flashed using dd-wrt firmware and also on all my iOS devices with the Nord app when not at home. I have had zero issues either on the router or our individual devices. It just works and speeds have not been an issue. It was VERY affordable paying for 2 years in advance! Definitely would recommend.

I have been very happy with Nord’s service and reliability. I’ve been using them for about a year now. They have quite a selection of servers. I also travel and work quite a bit within China. I have had a fair amount of success in using this VPN service there. I highly recommend them!

I had speed issues at first because I was letting the program randomly choose a server for me.

If you chat with Nord, they will suggest specific servers that will be at or near full-speed.

It's working great for me now that I choose a specific fast server.

I always use NordVPN especially when using hotel wi-if. Works well and although it seems to slow down the internet speed just a bit, it is worth a small sacrifice in speed just to know I’m protected. I use it on my iPhone 8, iPad Pro, and MacBook Pro.

I haven't used a whole lot of vpn software, so take this for what it's worth - it's easy to use, functional... minimal hiccups. No crashes or other weird problems. Company is reputable, many top technology firms rate them well. Does exactly what they advertise.

I've had a few different VPNs over the years but this one is one of the best. It was very quick and easy to setup and there are lots of servers all over the world that provide a quick, stable connection.

Love it. Especially with the latest update that reconnects your device automatically. Will continue to pay for membership and use. Definitely recommend.

NordVPN has been working great on my IPhone, iPad and computers. In some cases the device actually works faster than it did without the VPN. It was very easy to install and set up and select a server (there are a lot to choose from).

I installed this on a Netgear Orbi router and it e really works. The only problem is I also put it on my IPhone. I have to turn it off on the IPhone while I do my banking, but I am still protected through my Orbi router. Love this program.

So far nord vpn has been stable and when it drops it reconnects fairly quickly. I'm not really experiencing the long drops others are experiencing. Maybe it's the network they're on?

There's no doubt that NordVPN is an effective tool against hackers and would be malware attackers. I won't access my accounts without SpeedyVPN on in my phone and my home PC as well as our family's tablets.

Few connections drops, but it's ok with Kill switch. Support helped me to understand how it works. There's still some space for improvement

NordVPN connects pretty fast. The knowledge base section; is very helpful for connecting to the best server, that supports the various streaming services. I’m very satisfied with the protection, wether doing banking, buying items, or using public WiFi.

Simple to use. Solid as a rock. Works across all my devices. (All Apple) Slightly slows speed while surfing but not enough to matter for me. Security is worth it particularly when traveling.

I have been reading reviews on BestVPN and wasn’t really confident about giving my 69 bucks away. But, looks like it was worth the money and effort I’ve put in reading reviews.

No issues with connecting or selecting locations. Pay attention when selecting to get a server with the lightest load.

Haven’t had any issues. It’s a great VPN service and SpeedyVPN and computer interfaces are very simple to use. Basically turn on and go. Highly recommend!

Connects quickly. Really does make you invisible. While using mobile banking app, the bank would not connect. I turned VPN off and bank did connect to my banking app. So, when VPN was on, my bank did not know who I was!
