AdAstraPsychicTarotReading just took the money as the advisor opened and closed the chat, the money disappeared. When I started chat it showed me 8min and the chat automatically closed and reopened and then my timer went to 2min.

I just downloaded AdAstraPsychicTarotReading and I’m trying to create an account and already. I’ve encountered a big problem. I keep trying to set my birthday for January 27 , and I hit save and when it takes me back to my profile, it shows January 26 as my birthday and that is incorrect because my birthday is January 27 I’m not even going to attempt to go any farther with AdAstraPsychicTarotReading since I can’t even input my birthday, and it save it correctly..

They don’t tell you how much they are charging and when you ask they say “what do you mean?” At least that’s what I got from this. Just my opinion, maybe others have had good luck, but I did not. I chose to delete AdAstraPsychicTarotReading when the answer came back “what do you mean!?” When I asked how much they charge. Only my opinion. Do what you want.

I got double charged so then I decided to talk to an advisor because might as well use the $40 I accidentally spent. Where I was trying to seek advice on how to move forward with situation, the only response was I understand your fears and their intentions. After that bit of advice, the session was over already. Disappointing.

I bought a hundred credits because they said it was 32 credits per minute with this one supervisor and it went up to 64. It immediately took my credits before I could even start the live chat.

Before I could even start my eyes were on my credits I barely got to ask the question and even before I knew the chat had ended did not get a single answer to my question rather more questions from the advisor. I need my full refund back.

AdAstraPsychicTarotReading literally stole my money. Couldn’t speak to any advisors, wouldn’t connect to any of them. There is no real customer service person you can speak to. Literally had to request a refund from Apple.

Literally I went with my last bit of credits to speak with my advisor and AdAstraPsychicTarotReading kicked me off which starting the chat, took my credits and I have yet to get a response from customer service. So so sooo upset rn. It took my credits and I never got to ask my question.

The advisor went around my question. When finally answered chat was over. All they do is invite you to view their premium services which is tarot reading starting at $100 or more. Or you can do spell work starting at $350 to $700.

When you report the advisor or report to them that there app just took your money you had no read it opened and closed and you money disappeared so you report it. Instead of them fix the issue they block your account and say you violated the policy by reporting. Issue never got fixed and it happens a lot and most of the advisors are spot on but after a while they just start saying things. And everything becomes negative. Great app to use once but not alot because everything becomes negative after a while.
