I can’t get into my account and it keeps saying bad url when I try to get I. And use the app

My app is saying error and a the pacific host name can not be found,when I got to my characters it just closes the app for me and my dm I can’t see anything on it at all

Hello, mascot wouldn't work at all the whole day, it says there's no internet access but I'm using my wifi and I tried to restart my phone but it still wouldn't work, I even tried uninstalling the app and then installing it back but it wouldn't work and now I can't log in. Please give me a solution.

The app isn’t working, it says “failed to connect to servers”. The SSL connection isn’t working.

does anyone actually know how to get their account back after logging out

Mascot will not load it keeps saying no Internet connection but all my other apps that require Internet work just fine so I know it's not me

Ive been uding mascot for almost a years and ive never had a problem like this.i try to get on to RP, and nothing loads. Its all blacked out. i can switch between seeing gs and templates, but whats the point if nothing shows up? I cant even look at my characters. Ive reset my phone, and redownloaded the app. Its obviously not me so it has to be something at HQ or something

Still not working. Still staying in don't have internet access. According to a review, this has been happening since at least the 20th so I'm a bit worried. Is it working for other people or is it just entirely down? Thanks for the update on support, Mackie. That's a little soothing to know.

I’m trying to sign in to get into my my account and the app won’t let me, it keeps saying “the request timed out” and it’s getting really annoying because I use the app to relax from difficult days.

I can’t see my dms every time I go see it it keeps saying it’s an internal error And I logged out and now I can’t log anymore, quite panicking now

The app says there are no Internet even though I do have Internet. I hope in the afternoon the servers will be back. It's such a great app and I enjoy it alot. So thanks for making it and fixing the issue

Nothing is loading and it says "There seems to be no internet access", but I do have internet access and no other app is having connectivity issues. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting cache and data. Now, it won't let me log back in and keeps displaying the same "There seems to be no internet access" at the bottom of the screen.

it says it was an internal server issue so i thought the app was just glitching so i deleted the app and reinstalled. and now it won’t let me log back in. :( it keeps giving me an SS error message. happening to anyone else?

I'm no stranger to having crashes but I've never had a crash so bad that I'm unable to access the app anymore

I have tried to log in into my account with 3 different accounts, tried by google, apple and phone number and all what I get is ‘ couldn’t find a sever with the hostusername ‘ or whatever it was, im so stressed that I won’t be able to load back in and I have tried with 3 different devices!! Did I get banned without even being told why!?

Mascot was great until you all started messing around changing it has been a nightmare have to keep refreshing some time 3 times to see last messages sent to me. Now I can’t even get in I get the message Error a server with the specified host name could not be found I’m lost without my Mascot

Btw so i emailed mascot support and they told me this so if you want to know why the servers are down. We have one server down, and unfortunately the issue comes from Amazon AWS which is our cloud provider. If they don't fix it on their end first, we can't fix our app. Please stay patient while they sort it out. Your chats and everything else on Mascot is safe and not deleted. Once we get the server up, you'll be able to access them as usual. Please help spread the words! (Post this on the Plot page if you can please!)

Can't dm people anymore so I deleted it and redownloaded it but now I can't sign back in and I'm stressing out because I can't talk to my friends and see if it's happening to them too. PLZ FIX YOUR DAMN APP
