Very soothing, and there are always clever metaphors that relate to my life.

My only feedback is that I have an older small phone and the scrolling doesn’t work well at all. The screen is often stuck, and for longer lists of meditations I cannot get to lower ones, the scroll function doesn’t work. I’m stuck with what I can see until I click on one of those, and then I can scroll down. The main screen doesn’t show the lower section fully. But an SE isn’t so old that it isn’t supported.

Meditations are awesome and are focused on God. I like them a lot. And the battery drain is enormous. You have to force close the app otherwise if you leave it open in the background even with nothing playing, it’ll eat through your battery in a few hours. Also doesn’t function probably in low battery mode compared to no issues on other apps. Please fix and the app will be a 5 star app.

I’m a nurse and I have a tendency to come home after a shift and not be able to stop worrying about my patients. I lose sleep over it. I actually initially downloaded several meditation apps after my weight loss program recommended incorporating meditation into my daily routine, but I wanted something Bible based. This Hope app is just... a life saver. I’m able to come home, lie down and do a meditation and surrender my patients to God who loves them infinitely more than I ever could. I’m able to go to sleep with a calm mind. And if I wake up and am not able to go back to sleep, now I’m reaching for Hope app to help ease my mind back into a state ready for sleep. I finished the Foundations and as soon as my next paycheck came, bought the year subscription. Not going to lie, that dollar amount hurt. But it’s worth it.
