Contact Immediate Contact Transfer Support

I read a lot of reviews saying it did not work. Took a chance anyway - paid the dollar for unlimited and started the process. It first says that it will need to access your contact list and then tells you to say yes when prompted. Well, it never gets that far. When I pressed the button to proceed it minimizes the app and then......nothing. It’s getting stuck apparently trying to open my contact list. I’m running the latest iOS 13.6.1 so not sure what the problem is. I’m out a dollar and no way to get it back. Will leave a message on the developer website so hopefully will get a response.

When I try to “transfer contacts” from my phone it jumps out of the app. When I go back in I again have to restore purchase. Then when my purchase is restored I hit “transfer contacts” again and get pushed out of the app. I can transfer contacts from my iPad to my phone, but that doesn’t help since I have no contacts on my iPad. Which is why I purchased the app. Viscous Cycle that gets me no where except frustrated.

I downloaded this trying to pull numbers from my broken work phone. Out of 1800 contacts it pulled / transferred 46 (lol). Ok, I’ll pay for the unlimited transfers, thinking it would transfer all. Said and done I was down .99 cents, 1760 contacts, and 138 contacts of duplicates; from unsuccessful tries. The good news, I was able to use ATT SMART SWITCH, FREE, Painless transfer of all contacts happened in seconds. I don’t even want my .99 back, keep it, please use it to make a better app.
