Daily Decision Wheel Reviews

I originally got DailyDecisionWheel for Sims4 challenges but I now use it for other things. I am one of those children that get bored easily so I use DailyDecisionWheel to help me decide what I should do. I like DailyDecisionWheel and use it a lot but I don’t understand why you have to put mini games and ads in and have to spend two dollars to get rid of them. I know this is a free game so you would kind of have to do that but still. Also why can you only have three spin the wheels? I love DailyDecisionWheel and you don’t have to fix any of the things I said that I did not like about it but I would use DailyDecisionWheel more and give it a give star if you do. Thank you for reading.

Great app with a lot of added features for a very low cost. The only problems I’m having:
a) There is no documentation to understand what various feature do.
b) Within a 5-day period, there has been no response from developer. That may be an unreasonable expectation.

What I queried was if I paid the added “support DailyDecisionWheel ” amounts, does that also remove the ads. In searching other reviews I finally found that it, in fact, does remove them.
DailyDecisionWheel is well worth more than their asking price.

I realize not everyone needs the same thing from an app. As mine is for an ever-growing list of music artists, it would be nice to have a search option for finding a matching data entry within a specific randomizer to ensure no duplication. Or better, a way to export the data in CSV format that would allow you to keep up with the data in a specific wheel.

Update: Thank you for your response Vladimir—we all turned off the “enable wheel touches” as you suggested, but this didn’t correct the problem. The wheel does not disable the spins that have already been obtained. This caused us to have to spin multiple times toward the end of the period in which we were using the wheel in order to get a new selection. We all had the wheel in Non Repeat Mode-Non Repeat Mode does not work. If you can fix this problem the wheel will be 5 stars.

A group of us used this to create fun daily tasks for each of us for one month in order to liven up a dreary winter. DailyDecisionWheel worked wonderfully for us-we loved it. The only problem was that Non-repeat mode didn’t work-we kept getting tasks that someone had already had. If this was fixed I would rate it 5 stars.

Still a bit clunky for newcomers. My 2nd attempt to make decision wheels quickly. Got bogged down with trying to figure out why I cannot immediately see the results of my arduous list making. Telling me I can only send my new wheel? No! I want to see it first, now. Why
Can’t I ? Options galore but no button or link to see what I’ve created in a wheel according to my settings. You rob the user of the instantaneous experience. Please show us CLEARLY how to spin our new wheel.

It’s highly customizable. I was able to easily add a list of 20+ kids using the import feature. I also like that you can easily hide an option if needed. Great for a classroom setting where you may want to hide kids from the list who aren’t there that day.
I had a little trouble with enabling the sound effects at first, but a quick restart of DailyDecisionWheel fixed it. Would love to see some other options added. Some of the other spinner apps have options for coin flip or pick a finger. Overall I like it a lot.

The basic wheel functioning is great, and there’s some variety in customization.

I will pay money for DailyDecisionWheel if I can select a custom sound to play when the wheel lands on a specific result. This would be implemented in the wheel settings page, where you add your wheel options.
For example, let’s say we create a wheel with two options—‘Yes’ and ‘No’. Next to the ‘Yes’ input section where we specify color, image (if we want), weight etc., we could select a custom sound of our own that we could add from our Files section on iOS.
Imagine we select the Mario Bros sound effect for a coin collected for ‘Yes’, and the sound effect for dying for ‘No’.
This would allow us to maximize Pavlovian conditioning when using DailyDecisionWheel for behavior change.
Please take my money and make this happen!

Hi daily decision wheel team, I’ve been using the decision wheel app for quite some time now. I wanted to provide a recommendation that I think would help improve DailyDecisionWheel experience. If DailyDecisionWheel is used for many different decisions, at some point, the user finds they have a long list of wheels. It would be really helpful if those wheels could be placed into folders for more seamless navigation. At least for me, that would be really helpful to streamline things. Thanks for considering my request.

If you’re into the Enneagram, please note that I’m a 9 and nines avoid conflict at all cost. Making poor everyday life decisions that involve others (such as choosing a restaurant or a movie) is a potential conflict enabler (especially conflict within yourself). Although DailyDecisionWheel won’t avoid you external conflict, it ends with the internal conflict that decision making out of the fear of conflict can cause to people like me. If you know what I mean. Please, do yourself a favor and download DailyDecisionWheel.

When I’m working, I’m working! But, when I have free time I don’t want to waste time procrastinating over the dozen or so intellectual interests I equally enjoy. So, I load them on the wheel and when I get free time I spin the wheel and hop right into that intellectual pursuit. Hint: Be as specific as you can with each option. For example, “Read a New Free Verse Poet”, is better than “Read Poetry”

Very cool app because this one allows you to use photos from your photo library instead of just text for the options!

I use these cards in a solo role playing game where you flip a random card and then you use the pictures and/or clues on the card to determine what might happen next.

Now, instead of carrying a box of cards with me, I can just open my app and have it spin the wheel, and then it shows me the card it landed on!

Sure, I have to get it set up, but not too hard. And while I couldn't enter all 120 cards in, I think I got close to 100 photos on the wheel!

And well worth it to upgrade to ad free.

Now if only there was a way to backup the wheel I set up, it would be perfect!

This was truly an amazing app I loved it, though at first I’ll admit I was a bit disappointed that there we’re in app purchases, but I found my way around them and still had fun thinking that DailyDecisionWheel developers had to make money back somehow! But this update shows that you truly are an amazing person and this was and now even more so is my favorite utility and game to play around with, it makes for good minecraft challenges, deciding punishments and so much more! You can even customize so much all for free!!This is an AMAZING game/utility app and so much fun!!!!!💜💙💚❤️🔥🔥🔥😄👌😎🤣😂🥳🤩

I have had DailyDecisionWheel for 5 minutes and I been having trouble deciding on something important for two weeks now. I put all of the options I have on DailyDecisionWheel and it helped me decide in 5 seconds! It’s so helpful!!!! I’m so happy I found DailyDecisionWheel. I knew it had a high rating for a reason. I usually never review anything but I felt like I should review DailyDecisionWheel because it’s really great. It helped me out so much on deciding. Thank you so much developer!! I will continue to explore DailyDecisionWheel. I think you can unlock other choices by watching an advertisement for 30 seconds instead of paying. I love it when apps let you watch ads instead of paying out of pocket. I highly recommend you download DailyDecisionWheel if you’re bad at deciding it definitely helps you make choices quick.

i've been using DailyDecisionWheel for literally an hour and i'm in love!!!! i made a truth wheel and a dare wheel for when my friends come over, and i'm super indecicive so i can just put all my options into a wheel and spin whenever i need!!! EXTREMELY easy to navigate, and nearly no ads. i never write reviews, but i've been looking for so long for an actually good random picker app and if you're anything like me i can guarantee that this is EXACTLY what you're looking for<3

Thank GOODNESS I kept searching. I’m doing a giveaway on my Facebook business page and I typed up ever entry in a google doc so I could keep track of them all before I put them in a wheel. I downloaded six spin the wheel apps and every one of them made type out all the entry names one by one in order to have them all in there. That was super annoying because I had over one thousand entries to put in and it’s frustrating to have to put that many options in a wheel. Finally, I came across DailyDecisionWheel and there is an option to put the entries in one by one but there is also an option to put in an entire list of entries all in one go!! BEST app out there. I am not disappointed one bit!!!!

The new update made me pull back, I didn’t delete it because I like giving 2 chances. The game really did listen to reviews, I tested it and they took the purchases out. This game is recommended to anyone who tries it. I recommend it. And devs, here’s a idea: make it so you can add fonts, and other things like the already made. You should make different modes like List so I don’t have to go searching. Thank you devs for listening to reviews and what I said before. This game is great. Thank you so much devs!

I really like the raffle wheel. I am using it for a raffle with possibly 600 so the import is a must and DailyDecisionWheel will handle that. My problem is that it only works on my iPad Pro in Portrait mode I would think it should also be Landscape so I could use my keyboard. Another feature that could help is to be able to hand spin the wheel (which was able at smaller numbers of names but not at 250 and up) to show people the names before conducting the real spin since you can’t see names on the wheel.

This is my ‘Go To’ wheel for random decision making. While there are others that I enjoy for this and that, Daily Decision Wheel has everything I want and so it tends to be the one I use the most. It’s easy to make new wheels and it saves the old ones in case I want to use them again. Spin length is great. Sound effects are perfect. Colors are vibrant. Everything about this wheel helps me get over my reluctance to do work. It’s worth having to do the chore to get to play with the spinning wheel.

If you have another decision-making app, delete it and get this one. Developer really cares about putting together a great app and it shows. Developer is responsive to questions and suggestions. Other apps have too many ads that are really intrusive; this one doesn't. Other apps have an option limit you have to pay to extend; this one doesn't. One app I tried would only let you put four things! I checked out over two dozen similar apps and this one is BY FAR the best. I gladly paid for the ad-free version, not because the ads are annoying or bothersome, but because this developer deserves it for the work he puts into this.

This is an incredible app. I am a very indecisive person so I use it for everything: movies, songs, restaurants, activities—you name it!

I use it nearly every day; the colors and the interface are beautiful and easy to use! I believe the customization and the way it is so easy to build lists makes it a wonderful tool.

I really, really wish there was a way to create an account and save roulettes so you could sync across devices or just to keep them safe! I lost my phone once and had to start all of my roulettes from scratch, which was very painstaking; but other than that this is a near perfect app! I really hope that is an improvement for future updates!

Great because you can add edit and remove options without having to total them up, other apps don’t let you edit the wheel this one does

It is easy to read the text on the wheel itself, plus when you spin it actually displays the result at the top of the screen not just on the wheel
