My 3 year old Granddaughter ordered this app without my knowledge. I saw £47.49 was pending on my account so contacted Google Pay who said they could not refund the amount. My bank said they could not stop a pending transaction so I sent an email to Fortunescope but it wasn't received because it said their inbox was full and couldn't receive any more emails. I think this money is lost !!
