Bingo Call Reviews

So I’m an Apple user and pretty much anything and everything Apple links up. Long story short I’d like a refund on my in app purchase “voice pack” for $1.99 plus tax that I paid because I downloaded BingoCall on both devices which are my cellphone and iPad. Bought the “voice pack” from the iPhone app and for whatever the reason might of been it didn’t register that it had been purchased on the iPhone. When I tried changing the robot language and tried adding an American accident on the iPad it ask me to repurchase. But why would I do that when the same Apple ID that I’m using on my iPhone is the same exact Apple ID that’s on my iPad. That just makes no sense to me. If I can’t get around this inconvenience I want my money back. I don’t understand WHY we have to pay for the AMERICAN ACCENT OR LANGUAGE in the first place. Maybe they just need to not initiate a robots voice to begin with. That was awful. I need help/answers or my money back. FYI I’m not the one to ever leave reviews let alone a bad one. I just thought this needed some addressing.

We have loved BingoCall and played EVERY night. Until today! You should allow at least ONE understandable voice for free!! I’ll change my stars if you go back to 1 voice at least!!

I purchased the voice pack and the one to stop the ads. Soon as payments went thru BingoCall closed. When I went back in it, the ads were still there and the voice pak appeared to have not been purchased. I checked my Apple and payments went thru! I hit restore purchases and that didn’t work.

Is there any way you guys can add in anything longer than 6seconds? Some of us would love to use BingoCall when playing the 6 card on but it’s too fast and I don’t want to sit there and hit the next button manually all night long. I paid $6 for this already and can’t even use it.

I been using this to call for my neighbors in the building. I loaded the update and now it just disappears. Can’t even use it. I even rebooted my iPad. Nothing.

I would’ve rated it a 5 if BingoCall can turn horizontally. And it shows BingoCall background black which I like but I’ve been trying to figure out how to do it but there’s no button or anything to change it. Please if you could fix those 2 issues, I would gladly keep BingoCall and change my rate on it to a 10 if I could lol.

All aspects of BingoCall work well except the voice, which I paid for does not work. I rebooted and changed voice options, still wont work. This is a new generation iPad. Any suggestions?

Like this caller and we have been using it a lot. Like other folks, I don't like that it only displays portrait. I need to move it to my other iPad but my purchase does not transfer.

Can you please update so that it will change horizontally!

Loving BingoCall. My family plays bingo every Friday night using Bingo Call. Just wondered if you could customize BingoCall to select a letter that won’t be called. For example when playing a letter X bingo game the letter N won’t be called. It would be nice to have it so N’s won’t be called. Thanks for your consideration. Jamie.

Is there anyway they can cheat with BingoCall. Like bingo at home. Where they could down loaded BingoCall on two iPhones at the same time and get the same bingo and then caller then knows what's winning next or line. So they where able to cheat and let there family and friends win. BingoCall seems to change or doesn't match like the bingo at home app.

Love BingoCall! The robotic voices are hilarious! More importantally, I enjoy the look of both the mac and phone verions. Its sleek and the numbers are large. Im reviewing this now because I went to use the desktop version and it wouldnt work. the new update mightve fixed 'small corrections" but BingoCall wont open. -No worries I have it on my phone and pad. I wish that either of those would be able to turn horizontally. That way when I cast to a tv its wide and not vertical. Another perk would be if there was a way to exclude numbers/collums. Example: doing "X Marks The Spot" puzzle doesnt require any "N"s (31-45). I really love the look of this so I woulnt bother me to pay a little extra for those features. I hope these bugs can worked and maybe my suggestions. Regarless thanks for a great app!

I like BingoCall but I would very much like it better if it could repeat the numbers more then once.
I would very much appreciate it.

Why can’t I Change the background color from dark to light

EDIT: At first the letters did not call out with the numbers.
Then i did two things to attempt to troubleshoot:
1. I did a hard turn off of phone, then turned phone back on again.
2. I had also deleted and reinstalled BingoCall at one point.
So between the two of these attempts to troubleshoot... it now works and calls out the letters with the numbers.

It seems that some of the reviews on BingoCall are dated, since the version I just downloaded gives you the option to display BINGO letters with each number drawn.

Really love using BingoCall. But would really love to use it in dark mode. But there doesn’t seem to be a button for that on the IPhone.

I used BingoCall for an event, because I didn’t want to purchase a whole set. BingoCall did exactly what I needed it to do, which was call numbers. Plain and simple.

I have been using and enjoying BingoCall for quite awhile and as of last Thursday when I try to use it.... it disappears. I even tried taking it down and reloading it. Nothing works. I really love it and would like to use it! Please help me. I would rate it 5 stars if I could get it back. I would be willing to pay for it.

I love BingoCall, I have been using it to host fun bingo events with friends! We have been hosting a bingo event every Tuesday for years, and I have been using BingoCall since! I enjoy the ball colors, the ability to change speed or use manual mode and the ability to easily see and call back numbers and see which numbers I have called previously.

My only gripe is BingoCall as of 3/5/24 has so many advertisements and pop-up advertisements where when I scroll down my IPhones light button, it jumps to an advertisement and takes a minute or less to go back to calling.

I wish I could purchase the bingo calling app and not have to deal with the advertisements at all. I hope the developers give us an option to do that! I wouldn’t mind the small advertising at the bottom of the screen while using BingoCall , but it’s too much and too often.

Overall it’s a great app and I am using it as I type this review! (In between games of course)
