While I did enjoy the game very much when I first got it, it has taken a turn for the worse. I used to spend hours playing it and would actively look forward to doing scouts but after a few days to a week of it, I have started getting worse luck with scouts to the point of using the full 100 scouts before getting one SSR and after getting to a certain point in the story it becomes impossible to play for more than 2 or 3 missions before having to refill with AP drinks or spending ability stones for it. Ultimately I gave up trying to play it because I’d get maybe 5 minutes out of it before having to stop because I didn’t have any ap.

For fans of Bungou Stray Dogs, this game is a fun way to stay engaged with the series as you collect multiple versions of your favorite characters in many different non-canon scenarios, as well as from numerous canonical time points. However, the sling puzzle mechanism is very shallow and does not offer interesting or challenging gameplay. You see the same dozen or so board configurations over and over again, and the best active skills are nukes or enhancers. Additionally, the SSR rates of this game are low, though not obscenely so, unlike other games of its genre. While rates are not the lowest, generally between 97% and 99.5% of cards scouted will be useless. I do not believe the seeding for the randomizer is entirely fair, or as listed, due to an extremely unlikely scouting session. While my SSR rate was reasonable, it seemed suspiciously biased towards repeat cards, which are more or less useless in this game. Ultimately, this is a passable game for fans of the series, but it is absolutely not worth spending a single cent on.

I originally loved this game, however, it was starting to mess up even when I cleared my cache so I did the usual reinstall trick I do with most of my apps. It lost my information and wanted me to start a new game, it gave me error messages when I tried to log in via my Facebook, so I tried to log in with my ID, I forgot my password and emailed support to get a new one. They asked for information and I sent what I knew of my account and they still refused to help me get back into my account. So now I’m just without and super frustrated. They really need to update to where you can reset your password without being logged in for times like this. It’s upsetting and frustrating because no one wants to start completely over when they have gotten so far in a game.
