Apex Athlete Series Reviews

I really like ApexAthleteSeries and how it works as well as the stats that it allows you to see but I can’t give it a 5/5. Three really big improvements would be iPad compatibility while you can download ApexAthleteSeries for the iPad it does not fit properly which seems odd since they sell iPad on their website. Another thing that would be nice would be if you were able to change the formation in which you played as a team. The last change I would defiantly recommend would be allowing for a workout to be recorded as a run or a different workout after the work out rather than have to go all through the settings just to change a the sport and then have to change again.

We bought the Apex Athlete Series Pod and HR chest belt. The pod will NOT connect to the phone or ApexAthleteSeries . After spending $300 on this device it will be useless. I have contacted support to try and fix this issue. If we can not get it fixed we will be asking for a refund and buy the competitors device. This should NOT be happening to a device that many top athletes are using per your advertisement and cost this much. There are many options now that cost less. We wanted the best device but if it won’t pair then it’s useless and not the best product. I hope to have this fixed by the time my daughter needs it later tonight.

I’m sick and tired of this spent 295$ for something that can’t even connect to ApexAthleteSeries I don’t know whether it’s the pod or ApexAthleteSeries I feel like it’s both I can never connect used it 1 time game good review tried to connect can’t ever connect again emailed support they send me steps tried the steps still doesn’t work I’m confused here

I loved the tracker for my son, but not it doesn’t sync for anything. He has used it for a few games and I’ve watching the live tracking but when the game is over and I go to sync no data. I’m starting to lose love for this particular tracker. 😢

Bought new, have had it for a week, tried everything to have it synch up with my iPhone...ultimately will choose to return...misleading advert...one would think that in order to have Teams endorse your product it would actually work for regular folk who forked $300 on this...sorry, disappointing.

I bought this product and immediately after the first time I used it it already had problems, I told Stat Sports and I was laughed at asking if I was using the product correctly. Horrible customer service, would not recommend buying this to anyone

Awful UI, data will sometimes not sync back from pod. Cant change 4-4-2 formation, Can’t change field dimensions, unable to update certain data in the scroll wheel without it automatically turning back to defaults. Maybe the full team data is better but ApexAthleteSeries is awful. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS POD

Pod has been working for a couple weeks and then one day suddenly the connection to ApexAthleteSeries stopped. The pod is fine but the connection to ApexAthleteSeries is messed up and service is terrible and will not respond.

I’ve only connected it once and can connected it to it wow really 2 something for this cmon guys do a better job with your items and etc

They lied about having a stats sports social. That was one of the reasons I bought this and not a playr. If they add that I think
This would be a pretty good app. I also think they should add in the coaching feature like the playr device has. If they don’t add the stat sports social soon I want a refund

Stopped working after a month. Even if it has a warranty still a pain to get fixed. App is useless as well. Would like a refund.

Brutal. Frustrating. After a session somehow was deleted the pod no longer connects with iPhone 12. Tried deleting and reinstalling app and even tried another pod.

Other than that it’s a great tool for athletes. G

Pros:
- cool data to track

Cons:
- can’t export your own data
- UI is clunky - being forced to input a position (in a 4-4-2 too) every session is annoying
- doesn’t integrate with other apps

Until they allow you to export your own data, you’re at the whim of their developers/features. If I didn’t already buy it, I’d research other brands too.

The stat app keeps crashing after all my data synced and then it’s all gone

It never has connection when I need it. I asked for my money back or some assistance and nobody answers.

Really enjoying my gps tracker really easy to pair and sync sessions I use it for soccer and cross country so being able to use my tracker as much as i can overall really enjoying my tracker

I’ve been able to track my progress…. ApexAthleteSeries is so good that it’s just what I’ve been missing….. ❤️

ApexAthleteSeries is very good and really can help you get better at what sport you play or if you ref a sport

Synching/ linking up with the device takes too long and you can’t track sprint speeds for each individual sprints. Only can get top speed vs seeing how you varied sprint to sprint

Very practical

I really like the tracker it has helped me improve by motivating myself to do better each day

ApexAthleteSeries has helped me push and improve my self so much, getting to see an average academy players stats and comparing them to mine has help me form what and what not to do, I realy recommend this item and app.
