Contact Unfollowers Followers track Support

SoI had really high hopes for this app, because of the reviews that it had in the App Store. But after really looking you can see that the ratio between five stars and one stars is very close. Meaning that the in between did not have very many responses but there were quite a few good reviews and quite a few very very bad reviews. I would have to lean towards the bad reviews, even though it literally tears me having to write something even semi-negative. But hopefully this is constructive criticism. My follower count is fairly high now, but I was tired of having people unfollow me and not know who they were and have a free follow, because I follow when someone follows me. So I wanted to see who those people were so I couldn’t follow them so they weren’t receiving free clout. This app allowed me to look at my feed and Unfollow ratio one time, but after that it would not load and take me to the page anytime after that. So this is gonna have to be a two star review, and that’s being generous of me because I just don’t want to be horribly mean. But yeah, I’m still on the lookout for a great new app to help me and this sadly isn’t the one.

CURRENT REVIEW-My first review was glowing (see bellow) but now the app does not work. I am unable to unfollow but now get a 400 error. This complaint seems to be ongoing based upon previous reviews. In those reviews the developer never responds. When the app worked it was great and I was considering upgrading to the pro version but will not until the issue is fixed.

PREVIOUS REVIEW-This app is very accurate and fast at bringing up those who are not followers. I like that I have the option to unfollow manually by simply running down the list and tapping so as to avoid being seen as a bot by IG. Also an option to do 15 at a time. It also allows you to see other categories such as fans, active followers, mutual followers and ghost followers. Other apps brought up all of your followers and circled the profile photos of those that were not following you. This meant you had to scroll through all your followers and tap the ones that were circled if you wanted to do it manually. This was very time consuming. With this app it brings up non followers in an easy to use list format. Love this app

First off I wanna address how the developers decided to respond to someone’s review about the issues they had with the app, the reviewer was writing about how slow the app was when you would try to scroll through it and the developer just responds with “don’t use it fast”, as if they are just not gonna fix it at all, why would I wanna pay 5 bucks a month towards a developer who doesn’t even have any knowledge on how to fix issues wrong with their app? The issue I’m having is when I go to my unfollowers and try to scroll down to the bottom, I can see the first 100 or so unfollowers but once I get passed that the screen just turns white and then I scroll back up and it shows me the first 100 unfollowers again and that’s it. At this point I think it’s safe to say not to use this app, there’s plenty of other ones that are way better then this pathetic one.
