Hello! I made an account on Wildcraft in 2023 but I reset my password on my google account on Chromebook. It redownloaded all of my apps including Wildcraft. When I opened the game again, everything was gone and I was on a new Wildcraft account. However, I made a lot of purchases on this game and would like my account back. I don't remember the username but I made purchases in 2023 and 2024. Please help I really want it back!

Hello WildCraft Support Team, I am writing because I am unable to log in and recover my progress. I would like to kindly request assistance in changing the email linked to my account so I can regain access while keeping my saved progress. I last played WildCraft about 2–3 years ago. My progress was saved to the WildCraft Cloud, and I am using the same device that I used before. Here is my situation in detail: I can still remember my WildCraft username. The email linked to my account is an old email that I no longer have access to. There is no option in the game settings to change or update the email. When I press the Login button, it shows a loading icon briefly and then disappears without logging me in, or it shows “Connection timed out, please try again.” After updating the game, I also started experiencing bugs, including visual glitches such as black squares appearing on the screen. My Wi-Fi connection is stable, and I have tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data. I have restarted the game and my phone, but the issue remains the same. I cannot access my Master Key, and I am also unable to generate a temporary key from my old device. Because of this, I am completely locked out of my cloud account and my saved progress. I am requesting your help to: Recover my WildCraft Cloud account Verify my ownership of the account Change the email linked to my account to a new working email so I can log in again Transfer or restore my old progress so I can continue playing Here are my details: Username: CaptainPuffy Last time I played: About 3 years ago I am willing to provide any additional information needed to prove that the account belongs to me. I recently lost my account from the 2021, i also forgot the username of my wildcraft account. But there's alot of achievements in the email account in the google game play and it was from the same account i used to play. Could you help me find the account? I really want to have it back

I can not access multiplayer it keep saying I have timed out plus my wild pass say I can not purchase because I already have the pass yet I can not access the pass

This isn't really an app problem, but this does have something to do with a user named, "Player7814" he is joining the gathering server just about every day and doing inappropriate things to other people. He doesn't talk in chat, but he's being a disturbance to my game play experience. If you can, please fix this issue with him before he ruins the gathering server experience for everyone else.
