I am getting fed up with 24FPS. I sent a complaint in on 1/5/22 and haven’t received anything back, but I’ll just start from the beginning. The only reason I purchased 24FPS was because I had purchased video presets and this was the recommended app to use. I loaded the presets into 24FPS fine, however getting them to apply to my videos is another thing. First off, when I open 24FPS it defaults to a green and purple filter I can’t seem to get rid of. Once I get my video into 24FPS and click my preset it doesn’t apply. I have to close 24FPS and re-open it and then my preset will be there over the video. After that when I export, almost every single time the preset is not on the saved video. I then have to go back into 24FPS and re-save, sometimes up to five times before it finally saves with the preset. I paid for the year for 24FPS because I purchased these presets for my videos and I’m only about a month in and I’m ready to just call it a total loss because 24FPS is so frustrating.

I am hoping some of these issues fix with an update but for now, I’m just really disappointed I paid money for this to not work correctly.

I loved 24FPS and it was going great at first. Until this one time I went to import a video and 24FPS just kicked me out. I tried again several times before powering off my phone. I assumed this would work but it didn’t. I did everything I could including clearing out storage, powering off my phone, etc. I had 30+ filters but since 24FPS wasn’t working I decided to delete it and reinstall. I got 24FPS again and it still wasn’t working. I lost more than 30 filters for nothing and I cant use 24FPS anymore. I have an iPhone 7 and this hasn’t happened with any other app so i’m assuming it’s not because of storage and it’s 24FPS itself.

I tried multiple ways to add more than one song to a 10 minute video I created. I even downloaded the full video into my photo library with one song then uploaded it again and tried to add a second song but this program won’t that. It shows that the songs on the video while in 24FPS but as soon as you download it, the song disappears. I purchased the songs specifically for the use of this video and 24FPS still will not allow me to use more than one song. No customer service or troubleshooting. Too bad, I will find a better app I guess.

24FPS was SO GOOD until it STOPPED SAVING the videos I recorded with it. I hit “save” and then bam, back to the home camera screen and my video was never saved. Even if you don’t have room for the raw footage on your iPhone your videos still (are supposed to) go to a folder called “this app”In your photos album. I have found videos here from when I first got 24FPS - but now recently my videos don’t save anywhere yet according to my iPhone storage under settings, 24FPS holds 14 GB of data. So...where are the videos? I’ve since deleted old videos before recording new ones (before I realized they wouldn’t be saved, obviously) so I know that “14 gigs” of data refers to the missing ideas. Where are they?!

i use the Polarr app all the time, so when i discovered there was an app that lets you use styles on videos, i was ecstatic— since Polarr does not support video or gif format on their app. however, within the first few moments of using 24FPS, i found myself getting already frustrated with it. the layout is confusing, it isn’t user-friendly at all and i find it quite a hassle to get to my styles after each video i want to import. there’s too many ‘tabs’ to choose from and overall i just want a more simpler user interface to go with, what should be, an app that provides a simple function. i had this same issue with Polarr after the major update. the second thing that frustrates me about 24FPS, and is unique to this app in particular, is the amount of bugs. the amount of time 24FPS freezes and crashes, forcing me to restart 24FPS is so frustrating. it really makes me feel like 24FPS was rushed by the developers, like 24FPS was released while still in its beta. it needs more polishing, a simpler layout (that involves a better way to get to your styles) and these bugs have to go. until i see a change, 3 stars is as much as i’m willing to give.

I loved 24FPS but since getting a new phone, 24FPS has suddenly been very buggy. It never loads my styles and when I import and save a LUT, it doesn’t actually save it. Then when I go to try to import the LUT again, it tells me I’ve already imported it and doesn’t allow me to do it a second time. At first I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but I’ve tried everything and the same thing keeps happening. It’s very frustrating it. Especially when I’ve spent money on LUTs only to not be able to use them.

Hey so I really want to say basically that 24FPS today wasn’t really working and there are some bugs in it I restarted 24FPS deleted it and re-kind of did the thing but the problem was with it if I kept doing it it just kept the cold out I try to export a video for a color that video and it did not work I just kick me out of 24FPS I kept trying and trying and I do have enough storage to do it but it just did not happen if anyone can please help me please reply to this comment bye have a great day

First of, I really enjoyed creating my first video edited from the iPhone (iPhone 11 Pro Max) but sadly, it wasn’t as flawless as expected. 24FPS crashes a few time when in the middle of editing. Maybe it may have to do with the videos that was shot in 4K at 60fps. Nevertheless, it shouldn’t happen because of that. Once I was done, I wanted to save and share but that process never got completed. Always closed and force quit. Also forced my phone to restart.

For the positive, I definitely love the list of luts you can get out of 24FPS.

For that alone, I subscribe to this but unfortunately I cancelled my subscription until these bug can get resolved.

Hello! I love 24FPS so much. I love how it has the filters and everything. But when I try to get another filter to import it doesn’t show up. I refresh my phone but it still doesn’t work. I’ve seen other comments like these and was wondering if you could fix the import button. It never comes up and o want more filters but when I try to import the scan, the filter doesn’t show up. Other wise 24FPS is great. I like how it has other fun filters not just the polar ones. It sometimes has filters already there for you so you can use a lot. All I want is for you guys to fix the import scan bc that’s really annoying!

I thought I’d give 24FPS a try for a week, but when I opened it, I found I either had to give it access to my camera, & microphone as well as photo files or it wouldn’t let me do anything... The options for subscription and cancellation are not apparent as there are no options for same in 24FPS or in my account in 24FPS Store. It shows purchased, but no info about a subscription. Will 24FPS revert to limited use after 7 days or will it charge my account? It doesn’t seem to work as all of the other apps with free trials. I’d love to hear back on this as I don’t want to be billed without explicit consent, which I have not given. Thanks.

Okay, honestly, I was in love with the idea of using polarr styles/filters in video editing and was very happy that you had an app which you could do another interesting thing to experiment with but recently (not really, it’s about months already) I have the issue with importing styles from the polarr. I can’t understand why because it was working and the last number of filter I had on my device was 21 and that number refused to increase no matter how hard I tried. I couldn’t find fast answer on support page because this app content is kind of rare there. So my question is, is anything wrong w my device (cause now that I updated iOS all of the filets erased and it’s still refusing to download) or is it some bug?? I haven’t seen someone write about it online easily so I assume I’m that lucky huh. I’m planning to re-download 24FPS and see what will happen. But if it’s app bug I beg for you to fix it. I can’t just loose another cool app, thank you.

24FPS is wonderful honestly, it just has a couple of minor bugs that drive me crazy. One minor bug I am talking about is how whenever you are trying to edit a photo, it doesn't let you save it, you have to convert it into a video to save it. Another bug is how whenever I'm trying to do a certain photo, it says “media still loading” or something like that. I don't know if that is a bug or not, but it was an issue that I'm still having. I still love 24FPS a lot though! Maybe just those minor bug fixes.

24FPS is amazing, the problem I have is when I try to save my video it says, “your video couldn’t save” it makes me upset thinking my video wont upload. I tried reseting, refreshing, and removing 24FPS and still 24FPS is not working properly. Please help and discover what the problem is and find the solution. This would really help me and make your reviews higher. It’s a pretty good app choosing filters etc. That is all I need to say but thank you for 24FPS ! I shared it to my friends and family they loved 24FPS . <3

I love 24FPS but for a few days a was editing a vid and then when i hit import it would kick me out of 24FPS so if you can check that out also i I deleted 24FPS and got it again to see if it works but it was still the same so i did a few couple more times and it was the same but i still love 24FPS if u can check that out i would love so thank u but theres mor when I downloaded 24FPS a month ago it was great no problems right? So i starded using it alot because i liked it but then the import thing happened and i was so angry annoyed and really sad so if u could fix that and se the problem then that would help and also when I put qr codes some of them don’t work so its ok i solved that also thatnk for 24FPS i love it bye

I’ve tried several video editors from 24FPS Store, and this is a very good free one. Having full control of light and color is unusual in a free editor. This includes HSL control of individual colors, and the ability to adjust whites, blacks, shadows and highlights. You can split/trim/add clips fairly easily. However it would be nice to see all your folders. Currently it only has recent and a couple other basic categories to choose from. The selection of free filters is nice, and the ability to add your own LUTs or filters from Polarr is awesome. I would like the filters much more if you could control their intensity more precisely. Currently you can choose from low, medium, or high, and to me low is still a big change from the original. Videos take a little longer to save than some other apps I’ve used. Other cool features include choosing which frame rate to use, saving without a watermark, and a stabilized zoom. Great addition to 24FPS Store, which with a couple of tweaks could be one of the best.

24FPS is great for video editing. It has implemented most of the features right. But one thing that annoys me is that it doesn’t seamlessly play clips rather skips to the last position the clip was stopped. Most of the times I want to see how the video looks after editing before exporting it but because of this feature/bug I can’t watch my video from start to end, also sometimes it freezes to a frame but the audio keeps playing.

Both records & edits. Love the easy to navigate UI, complete with stabilization options, FPS and filters, along w/ a steady zoom setting. I found after doing the game to 100% the AI is extremely accurate, which saves me so much time - instead of standing around choosing a filter I can go straight to recording. Moreover, it can add some subtle filters of your face as well! Absolutely recommend if you’re a hobbyist like me or upping your social media game.

I deleted this app bc I was running out of storage but I got it back when I had sum more storage then when I imported the video and put a filter I wanted to take the watermark off I also notice they changed some stuff but I didn’t notice that yet but when I was pushing on “this app watermark” it didn’t do nothing I tired multiple try’s and the watermark was still there is there something I’m doing wrong? 24FPS is so useful i love the coloring filters its very good for tiktok i recommend 24FPS its fantastic! It seem a bit confusing when i started with 24FPS but i just got it two days ago and im now very obbsessed its perfect! 24FPS is very useful if you have a social media accounts and there pretty low, My social media accounts were very low but until i got 24FPS i have gotten lots and lots of followers and likes 24FPS is very cool and helpful

I specialize in short films and i do use my Iphone sometimes since the quality is pretty decent. When i discovered 24FPS, i simply deleted everything else: cinematic stabilization, the most gorgeous LUTs are being added all the time, i can as well make my own adjustments which i really appreciate, i can import music via Airdrop and subscription price is just another reason to go crazy over 24FPS!

24FPS is more than phenomenal it has so so much useful utilities that I enjoy but it has just one bug that is affecting everything for me, which is when I export any project it appears super lagy, and I don’t understand why because when I’m editing the footage looks super smooth. The problem only occurs when I’m editing. I hope you fix that issue because I really enjoy all of what 24FPS has to give.

hello ! so everything about 24FPS is ok but the only problem is that it won’t let me import ANY of my polarr filters , I tried uninstalling 24FPS , it still didn’t work I tried importing my filter through a file and it still wouldn’t work ! if you could reply and help me fix this issue I would be more than happy , I’m so disappointed honestly because I got 24FPS for a reason yet it doesn’t let me import filters anymore which defeats the whole purpose of 24FPS :/

I need help with 24FPS ..... after I edit the photo or video and I save it, the application closes for me 🥺 I already have 4 days like this, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but it's still the same ... I would like to will help me, the application is my favorite to edit my photos and videos

24FPS is amazing now I can bring polarr filters on video, but I can’t seem to put this one filter in 24FPS, once I click on it, it won’t show up. I tried everything and those are cropping the QR codes, it still does not work. I don’t know if it’s a bug or anything.

24FPS is amazing, I loved it very much the only problem I have is once I use 24FPS at first it properly works however it will crash after a couple of hours or minutes if I exit out 24FPS I have to keep deleting 24FPS and downloading it to make it work, If you could fix it that would be amazing!

24FPS has amazing features and really cool filters. It worked really well last week but all of a sudden it keeps crashing now. I still gave it a 5 star because I still love it so much, but this issue needs to be fixed becuase I cannot use it at the moment. I need my recording app back!

I love 24FPS and I’ve had it for quite a while now! However just recently, 24FPS has been crashing on my phone and even when I restart my phone it seems to not work. I don’t know if this has been happening to other people but this is just my experience overall.

The camera is turned on in settings for me, but filming still doesn’t work. I’m exited to try 24FPS once it is fixed for me and I still think putting my problems aside it’s a 5 star app

Hi! Did anyone notice that we can’t edit gifs on there anymore? Or am I doing something wrong. I used to love this app so much. The update made it look sooo wonky. They added extra steps when it was so direct before. Thanks.
