Subscribed through Apple but cannot access any articles

Every time I click on an article I am taken to the subscription page again. When I click Apple says I am already a subscriber. But no access to any articles. Has been going on for a week. Contacted customer service twice with all relevant data. No response.
Aufpassen! Kostet doppelt.

Leider habe ich den monatlichen Betrag durch die App monatelang “versehentlich” doppelt bezahlen müssen. Daher genau aufpassen!
