So perhaps you funded a good portion of what was lost -as I totaled 28 quad lost in time machine purchases and you refunded 20. - but still I’ve been shorted. Also to say dragon slayer pays out differently and gosh you’ll get that information posted soon isn’t right. As it was posted at the time I won I should have been paid over 550 quad. At the very least the 25 quad that wasn’t part of a mega jackpot deserved to be tripled. None of the winning was tripled. Why have the multiplier feature if it is sometimes not going to be awarded because on that rare opportunity the player makes a big win. However, unless you are doing a bait and switch, then, as advertised is as it should have paid out as the rules of the game said it would be awarded. Anything less is stealing. So I still claim you have stolen not only from what was purchased but also not awarding what I won as it was stated in the game that I should have been awarded. It is what is expected in a buyer seller relationship

They just took away the last thing that was for the benefit of the players….tournaments. Their greed knows no bounds!

Have played for a couple of years so I know the patterns of the games…what is normal and when they have been manipulated to make you lose. Have heard from other players how they are targeted to lose more after they make a purchase. I can confirm this is absolutely true as it happened to me as well. They will try to convince you that everything is random, do not believe it. Their manipulations are so obvious it is laughable. I have spent time and money to advance my account and level up, but guess what? They constantly move the goal posts! It doesn’t matter what you do or how much or how little you bet you will always lose. This game was fun at first, now it’s just a joke. I don’t mind paying money when I get some entertainment value but at this point you would probably get more satisfaction flushing your money down a toilet. This unethical app should be removed from the store. They are nothing but thieves!

I loved this game. Loved it. Slowly but surely theyre making it to a pay to win game. The fact they took out the tournaments for each slot that were running non stop all day is absolutely the reason why when they drain me of my coins I will never play again. The amount of winnings from the daily multiple non stop tournaments where you can win decent coins and it’s all based on how much has been put into the slot was enough to keep on playing. They replaced it WITH A TRASH new way and it doesn’t pay anything close to what the other one did. I’m betting in the billions and the winnings are in the millions now. Trashy move. Totally will boycott this game when My coins are gone. Which they’ve already seen a significant decrease since you got rid of the best part of your game. Booooo boooooo booooo. Bring back the tournaments how they were the fact u taken them away should b a crime and you should be removed from WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino Store. Boooooooooo booooooo don’t bother WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino will be a pay to win app and who wants that. Go gamble real money at a real casino at that point who wants to pay to win FAKE MONEY. Biggest scams ever on these slot machine games. Thought I found a cool one finally but nope same ol same ol.

I’ve complained about the number of ads shown within the span of just a few minutes but now, these people have taken it to a whole new level! Ads! Ads! Ads! And they all pop up while you are playing. Does the game stop while the ads show? No way! Kiss your million/billion dollar bets good bye because your input is frozen while the ads play AND you can’t see the screen because their pop-ups block you view. All the freezing and blindness while the game continues without you. Be careful with one of its games, “Freestyle” that offers $trillions in tournaments play while showing just a few players (e.g. 30) as soon as you join suddenly the number of players jumps to 60 and continues! Needless to say you have little chance in that game - likely a cheesey programming trick. I’d give them 1 star but most of the other games are ok. JUST GET RID of most of the ads! Jeez! They ask you to buy coins every 15 seconds AND with the same pop-up screen!!!

UPDATE: Apparently since support has no way of helping me they have elected to ignore my requests for help and to just transfer the chips manually from my iPad (where WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino will not fully load after WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino update) to my iPhone account. I do not understand why this is such a big deal to do.

UPDATE: Support responds with vague responses. Uninstall and reinstall. That’s it. I asked them to transfer my coins and scratchers from the iPad account to an iPhone account (with screenshots) because the iPhone works great with WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino and support doesn’t seem to have an answer for this request. (There are other apps that can do this so I assume WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino can as well.)

Original post: Since the latest update WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino just crashes my iPad version. Works great for iPhone. It’s too bad I cannot play on my iPad as I’ve accumulated a lot of chips prior to the crashing update. I reached out to message them via Facebook but they don’t seem to reply with an answer or a direction is some other way to contact support. If fixed, I’ll gladly change my review.

I tried it and was open to giving it a try. It was all good at the beginning but once I started loosing coins, I literally span on a slot roughly 700 times and not one big win nor bonus nor jackpot, NOTHING. The slots just wait until you’re out of all your coins to expect you to purchase. Many times I watched videos to receive extra coins but I wasn’t even awarded those points. I was looking at the prizes and wanted a kitchenaid mixer. The mixer is 400,000 tokens . The only way you can obtain these token is by purchasing them or by earning them. If you spin 1000 times you earn 5 tokens. Seriously? I can’t even spin 30 times without loosing all my coins . So again, this is another trick to get you to purchase tokens. Lastly, if I want the mixer for 400,000 tokens, 500 tokens is $10 (usd dollars) DO THE MATH! It’s ridiculous how bad they want to rip off people! I hate that so many people fall for it. You’re just making them rich at their scam! I might as well go to target and get that mixer myself. Paying $200 for it is WAYYYY CHEAPER than buying tokens to get it. Such a rip off!!!! SCAMMERS!

As recent reviews all agree, the game was ruined by the update that got rid of tournaments. I hadn’t played in a while and just returned to the game specifically for the tournaments, and was shocked and extremely bummed to see they got rid of them. The game developers will try to respond to this by saying “people complained for a long time about it and this new version is more fun and fair”. I’m telling you, ITS NOT. It’s terrible. Tournaments required a little strategy, but you had the chance to win HUGE payouts without having to spend your actual money. Plus it kept things interesting with tournaments of all sizes and time limits. It would keep me playing for HOURS. Now it’s boring, and as others have stated, like every other slots game where you just slowly lose all your coins and it forces you to pay up or quit. Also, I had saved up literally HUNDREDS of each type of the winning card packs, only to return to the game after the update and find the vast majority of them wiped from the game with no explanation. So yeah, ignore the inevitable response below from the developer and skip this game until they bring back tournaments..

To say this is a horrible site would be putting it mildly. I have a petition with over 300 names on how they took advantage of us during the covid-19 time. A lot of us were long time players of a year or MORE. They changed the game while we were quarantined. With in two weeks they cut all tournament winnings in half. They made it so if you buy coins or any boosters you automatically lose. Their costumer service is automated so you will always get a computer response. There is no talking to anyone. I know everyone is going through hard times as I’m sure you but screwing your players isn’t okay!!! I hate the way it works. 8 out of 10 times any game will dwindle you down! I’ve played every machine have bet min 60mil. To my max ,which at level 450ish is 140billion! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars (literally) had over 30 trillion coins at one point , but low & behold???? All the way down from betting max , 100 spins? Boom Jackpot with a 60 mil. Bet ? instead of the 100 spins at 140bil. Bet? Jack pot on that would have been 12 trillion. But I win 5 billion ??? I BET 10 times that for over an hour... it’s ridiculous!!! Oh, & if you don’t spend $$$ FORGET IT! With the bonuses and wheel coins you will be lucky to play more than 5min! I’ve also been ripped off $$$$$ not getting what I paid for! Pay for the vault key in the middle of a tournament and not get the key for 24hrs? One time it locked me out and didn’t get the key for 45 days????? They did nothing to make up for it! Losing slots should be the name! Since that happened and I was waiting for my key for so long ? I started playing Texas hold ‘em poker..... soooo much more fun! I’ve spent 0 $ and can play for hours! I’ve never written a review in my life but I’ve been so disappointed by WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino! I had to see if I’m the only one.....

Developer responded right back apologizing that the full page ads were taken as intrusive and would contact the policy makers to make the ads less intrusive.

Well, nothing has changed, I see MORE full screen ads, now I see them on EVERY big win or larger jackpots, I see full screen ads leaving a slot machine to the main menu of all machines, and I spend more time watching ads than playing the game!

Instead of forcing your players to watch ads, why not offer a ad free version that I pay a couple of bucks for and let the players CHOOSE when they want to watch ads for incentives such as coins.

For now, my adblocker works great, I did take the developers advice and not give up a good game by using my adblocker. I get my playing time back ad free!!!!!

If the developer responds back they have reduced the full screen ads, I would not hesitate to remove my ad blocker and play with the ads. I do understand there is no such thing as a free lunch. Just make it more reasonable that I play more than watch ads!

All I can say is get yourself a good ad blocker to make this game enjoyable.

The slots are wonderful, but the ads infect the game to make it a miserable experience. I don’t even mind watching ads with the incentives in place but my play time is mine, I don’t need to be forced into watching ads.

Once I put my ad blocker in place, it’s a much better experience.

First of all you lose more than you win at least it’s fun but it takes forever to get to play the new games they want you to pay to be a VIP member so unless you pay you have to rank up to play any games. As for the daily free spins for the card packs you always win the same cards over and over and if you do. It open up your card packs right away they take them back without warning it’s happened to me way to many times. Same with turning in your duplicate cards for stars if you do use the stars to spin they disappear too without warning or notice.
The tournaments are fixed only players with trillions trillions of coins are the ones that win each time right at the last minute you are knocked down right before the time runs out or you hit free spins which don’t count so you are knocked down again. It’s fixed for the makers to win want you to purchase coins packs etc just to be taken away without warning. I do not play as much as I used to due to the developers stealing my stars and album packs

Customer service terrible, manipulated games, to force people to spend money. Do not spend your money on this game, it will make you think you are going to win. But “alas” the next thing you know you lose it all. These games have become rigged. They lowered winnings, take earned coins away. And do it all very sneakily. This has all started once people were staying home. They are taking advantage of players needing time to “get away from “ being cooped up. And needing to enjoy some fun.
They give you responses that have absolutely nothing to do with your question. I’m sure winning slots response to my writing this will be. Greetings etc.... we are sorry you feel this way or that we’re sorry your experience was. That this is a fair game.
Because it is anything but fair. They know exactly how to get you to spend money, and let you win. Then “poof” it will be gone. Then they entice you with an offer of more coins for less money. “Don’t do it”. Keep your money in your pockets people. They are losing many customers in the past few weeks. They will say it’s for the betterment of the game on why they lower coin wins on every aspect of the game

I have been playing this game for a while. WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino was always slow to open and load, but now it is mostly frozen. And, before iteven opens they ask me 3 times to log in with my accounts. I only want to play as a guest, no need to ask me 3 times. And I have more than enough coins, so all the pop-ups asking me to buy more are annoying. Please stop and let me play the games. And maybe your appwould load faster without all those pop- ups.
Update: this is in response to the developers reply to my review, blaming my WiFi for the problem. My WiFi is fast, works well, all other apps, including games, load and open as soon as I click on them. I do not use other apps while playing the game. Please do not blame the players for your app loaded with useless ads and pop- ups which affect its performance. And I really do not like your redesign of the home page.
Second update: For the past 3 days I had to reboot my iPad for WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino to open, it takes about 40 seconds for it to load, and, because of pop- ups, another 10 seconds until I can play a game. This is ridiculous! I am ready to delete WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino unless the bugs are promptly fixed. WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino is getting worse and worse.

This slot game is pretty good as far as wins and jackpots go. I’ve only been playing for a few days, and I already have a huge bankroll. The games are fun, but they aren’t real casino games like Jackpot Party and Goldfish Slots have. They’re original, like Billionaire Casino or Rockin Cash Casino, but they’re entertaining and the graphics are good. I still haven’t quite figured out how the tournaments work. I THINK you move up based on XP, but if that’s the case, I don’t understand why I’m not moving up more than one position when I raise my bet.

I gave it 3 stars because I downloaded (like I’m sure a lot of people did) after seeing the ads for “real rewards”. They do offer them... except you don’t win them; you have to buy them. There are separate coins you spend on the real rewards and those coins are only earned when you make a purchase. So, what’s the point, really? I feel like this part was falsely advertised. Essentially, it’s just like every other slot game in WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino Store.

I’ve been playing Winning Slots for at least 4 years now. I’ve really had not a lot of complaints. The ads where very annoying and you got rid of them. Love playing all the different slots but I do have my favorites. The tournaments is where I’m mad!!!!! I actually buy items monthly from this game to get more cards and money. My vault I buy when I’m very broke. But back to the tournaments, that’s over half of my winnings and I get on tonight and have a very small update. Then see nothing scrolling across any games. So I jump on a game and see nothing for them either. Exit back out of game restart and still same. Why winning slots did you take them away??????????? Please please I beg you to please bring them back!!!!! I actually don’t want to play game anymore. Someone answer my they took them away??? For a shame that I’ve spent enough money on and I know other people personally that had spent a lot of money on this game for you to take that away!!

The slots have great graphics and there are many different types of slots which is nice but the tournaments seem extremely unfair. You spin spin spin and still lose rankings. You can be in the top 30 but the closer it gets to time ending you drop quickly. I’ve also noticed 9 times out of 10 one of these three “guys” named James A., John A., or Jason W. is always in position 1 and winning trillions. Their names always have a middle initial so for instance John A. Cra.. Maybe instead of it being top 30 it should be top 50 or 100 to make it fair to those who don’t have hundreds of billions of coins or trillions of coins or set tournaments based off what people are betting. Fun game but can’t really get anywhere in tournaments and if you do it’s when the tournament is only worth a couple billion to be split between 30 people. If it’s a tournament worth trillions give it up because you aren’t getting in the top 30 without already having trillions. I do enjoy the game. Probably one of the best slot games if not the best. The tournaments is what’s frustrating.

Fell in love with WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino.. Like with most slot apps I agree with other players as far as the free coins given out on WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino, which is awesome because you could play this game and never have to spend a dime due to the generosity of the countless amount of free coins now with that being said you figure I would have given WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino a 5 star rating right?? Well the reason I didn't is because I noticed one thing that sticks out like a sore thumb. When your watching the ads inorder to get free coins I noticed when u get to $12,500,000 it just keeps spinning telling me there's a problem with my connection, please try again later but here's the problem with that logic, it just doesn't happen at my home every now and then, it happens everyday no matter where I am so no this isn't a coincidence so glitch or not just stop offering an ad for that specific amount because either way your players will still continue to play the slots on your app so there's no need for hidden agenda's okay, just a thought guys ;);)

Y’all okay over there? My app keeps crashing, it will do this zoom in after the ads sometimes. I’ll have to close WinningSlotsLasVegasCasino then restart it. Uhhhh what else? Oh and the ads you get when you hit a Big Win or something and the flashy numbers will be going up, then an ad will start during the win. I Don’t mind the Ad but I can still hear the Big Win running in the background behind the Ad. I’m not familiar with slots, AT ALL. All I saw on the ad was that gives you free things like Galaxy S9 or iPAD pro for free if you win enough of the special coin. I’ve been playing for 2 days and have won 25 special coin from leveling up. At least make it a little bit easier? I’ve left it on natural spin for hours to a time and have earned up to 58 billion but are those coins really worth much? I don’t know the purpose of slot games because I’m not really into that kind of stuff and just want to earn a new iPad Pro. Lol. Please consider making it a tad bit easier. At this rate, it’ll take me years of playing to get something that’ll boost my career and help me because I’m hella poor (not kidding). Idk. I’m a noob, lol. Grandma owned a casino but I don’t know anything about things like slots.

I am very disabled with a brittle bone disease since birth and I have so much titanium in my bones and screws to hold me together that I feel like Frankenstein.

I have a lot of pain because the screws are moving around in my pelvis which means the bone has already deteriorated around the screws. It hurts bad and all over from each break.

Being able to play this game and not be frustrated is a Blessing to me because I am calm and concentrate on the game so then my pain is less when I am not thinking about it.
