This “service” [read scam] preys on people who desperately need an answer during times when a normal doctor or veterinarian isn’t available. I can’t believe I payed $40 to be ignored! I barely make enough money to pay the bills. It’s been over 2 hours, at this point the vets where I am will be open in about 5 hours. Which means I payed $40 for NOTHING. I received no service. I do not make enough money to be wasting it on thin air. I could have lit $40 on fire and gotten more out of it! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Just wait for the vet or doctor to open the next morning. At least then you’ll get something for your money.

The new app is simply terrible, can’t copy and paste, the way the questions are laid out are extremely hard to read. I have opted out of multiple questions accidentally, and this app won’t even allow us to revert back to the old app.

This has affected productivity enormously and it’s very frustrating. At this rate I’ll probably quit this app. The more they change things, the less we make, and the harder it is to use the service to help customers.

Wish they’d listen to their experts. I’m willing to bet They don’t even test these apps thoroughly before rolling them out!

For such an advanced websites JustAnswer has essentially no features. Needs a ton of updates including accessibility to your reports. It used to work and now doesn’t. Also can’t use Siri talk to text to respond to messages, it’ll delete everything automatically. So many more issues. I’d love to work on things more often on the go but JustAnswer makes it impossible. JustAnswer is sad.

Tried it twice because the advertising is promising and get some quick advice or a prescription sounds promising. Never worked out. Just paid almost 50$ for nothing.

App works but it really doesn’t. I can’t request new questions. My Account, Private Messages, and My Dashboard does nothing when you tap on it. Utterly useless. I have to use the website to do anything.

Links to any of the personal settings don’t work. I end up doing most of my work on the website outside of JustAnswer .

Please make filters and hiding sync between web and app, or at least a way to do both on JustAnswer too separately. Also maybe a way to get notification for new questions being posted (and even better by category independently) not just priority inbox notifications.

I am not sure why JustAnswer has no many false and deceitful ratings with people using words like “scam”. These false ratings should be eliminated immediately. JustAnswer is for use by the consultants who answer questions on behalf of this app. Anyone else who is not a consultant is unable to use JustAnswer . JustAnswer works and it works very well. Customers, meaning people who purchase the this app monthly subscription for $59/month have a totally different app they are supposed to use.

Anyone who calls this service a scam is clearly lying. I am a this app customer AND a consultant and I can tell you there is nowhere else you will be able to pay between $1 and $5 for a 7 day trial membership to get questions answered by a wide array of certified and credentialed experts. Normally lawyers charge $200/hour, IT Help is $120/hour but you get it all at this app for a $59/month subscription after the free trial period. You also have the option to purchase premium service so you can talk to someone directly or have a technician remotely connect to your computer for additional per-service engagement fees. Again all far lower than normal $100++/hr costs you would pay for legal advice or for IT Help, etc.

Love it :) was waiting for this moment! Now we get notifications yay!!!
