I downloaded this game months ago after playing some other games in the franchise. I have purchased the full game before, but the cost per game is excessive for what you get when they’re all essentially the same game mechanic with switched out graphics. I was excited to see the developers commenting on reviews stating that the next update would offer ads to unlock new levels, so I downloaded it and played through the free levels. Then I waited. The update came and went with no ads. People started complaining on the App Store. The developer apologized, stating that the ad unlock would be coming in a future update. I’ve held onto this app for months waiting for the chance to play it, but now I’m seeing the developer saying that the ad unlock “may not happen”. At this point, I’m disappointed in my own patience, waiting for update after update with no ad unlock as promised. I’m uninstalling today, because I really can’t justify letting this app sit on my screen without usability.

Don’t even bother downloading this game if you have an older iPad mini. It won’t work. I’ve purchased all of the Gamehouse time management games except 2. I love them. I was beyond excited when this was released! I’ve tried to buy this at least 15 times. It will not unlock. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restore purchase button, and of course both my iOS and the game have all their updates. Nothing. Customer service - which I see they’re still asking people to contact - cannot help. They will just tell you to try to do those things and then tell you to get a refund from iTunes. To be absolutely clear, in case anyone from GH reads this, MY ITUNES ACCOUNT WAS NEVER CHARGED FOR THE GAME. So if you have an older machine, save yourself some disappointment and the frustration of dealing with GH customer service who will not take the time to actually read your email at all. I’m very sad. I guess I’ll just have to hope the next Sally’s Salon is compatible.

I was so excited to play the non free levels so I downloaded the game again. I bought the game (&. it says it in my purchase history on the app store) & it won’t let me play ANY paid levels ! it keeps telling me to buy the full game but then a notification from the app store comes up saying I already bought the in-app purchase & that it will be restored but it didn’t. i went to the game settings & restored my purchase but it didn’t even restore it! i am very upset because i payed for this game now i can’t even play it. i uninstalled it & installed it again & it does the same exact thing. i restarted & rebooted my phone. i also contacted you all by email but i didn’t get a response back. this is upsetting.
