Dear Wuijibang Technology and the moderators of the VPN servers,
I have a problem. When I connect to the server, it automatically disconnects after an hour. But most importantly on the free version, THE IP ADDRESS USED FOR YOUR VPN IS A CANADIAN VPN instead of the US server. By that, optimal location is set by default, and I feel like this is an error. I try to connect to the US server in my optimal location (of course it’s America,) but it gives me a Canadian VPN. Sure it does work fine, but I just want you to connect a server that is INDEED near the optimal location. Sorry if I overemphasized that much, but please fix this.

On the main settings page, they let you select the city or country that you want to connect to. I tried different locations but all kept connecting to the same IP address in a different country than the one I selected. ShieldVPN misleads you into believing it’s connecting to other places but each time, my IP was a provider in the UK.

Doesn’t work half the time, even if you have premium it won’t let you choose the location (a premium feature)...when you do get it to work it will shut off after 50 minutes every time

If you use the free version after about 2 times of connecting, it tells you to buy Premium version, if you press x it’ll tell you to watch videos to get free premium for 1 hour and if you tap not now it would not connect even if you try multiple times to connect.
