Our old system of picking up tickets was easier. This app crashes, never connects and was a huge waste of money to set up in the first place. I use it only because it’s the only way to get free tickets, however, in the summer I will delete it and free space on my iPhone instead of carrying useless coding.

This is generally a pretty good app, but after several weeks of troubleshooting, I still can’t get my tickets to display. The main reason I have the app is so I can forego the paper tickets. I know many people having the same issue. Once this basic function is improved, this will be a great app.
Freezes, cannot create an account

Title says it all. I can’t go to the games because it’s mobile ticketing through this app and the app does not work. Making it hard to be a fan here, Ducks. I wonder if the Oregon State app works any better. I could learn to cheer for OSU.
