A phone does not have the capabilities to accurately provide the measurements needed to reproduce a boundary survey much less the legal aspects of such. An app promising such a service is misleading and ethically wrong....

Plus, after playing with PropertyLineFinder it’s pretty basic and I had issues with the functionality.
Pretty there’s potential there but PropertyLineFinder crashes when entering points
Outdated aerial photography does not line up with GPS points in any reasonable accuracy standard.
Three day trial? Scrapping this as soon as I can find the cancel button.
Granted I did the free trial but it is not intuitive at all, no way to do location setting, apparently if you go to premium, you would get more useable features. Google earth with the GIS survey is more helpful
Very inaccurate. You’re lucky if you are within five feet in any direction. Will not update small movements. Crashes repeatedly in satellite mode, then all is lost. Does not respond well to taps and holds. Nice idea, poorly executed. Frustrating
If there is no function without paying, don’t make it a free app. This is useless.
I downloaded it and the only feature I can test appears to be finding my location, which I can do quite easily on google maps. I was looking for something I can get put in my starting coordinates and then a distance and lay long azimuth to my next point. This doesn’t appear to do anything even close.
Retired from Land Surveying after 35 years. Played with this for about 3 minutes. Long enough to see the creators don’t have a clue about Boundary Surveying. And to call this the most accurate tool for this type work could cause someone to incur huge lawyer fees from Court battles.
Oh my God. Classic case of knowing just enough to be dangerous. Only good for the crudest of rough estimating.
I tried PropertyLineFinder and it was ok. But not what I was looking for. I try to go cancel my subscription and it says you can cancel anytime here, or at PropertyLineFinder Store without having to talk to anyone. That is not true there is no easily identifiable button to click to cancel anywhere and now I can’t cancel this subscription!

So after spending 30 min on PropertyLineFinder I found the trick to it. to drop pins you need to touch your current location on the map and not the pin button on the side. A help function would do wonders.
Need to be able to measure multiple yard spaces on a single property. On large properties sometimes the lawn is broken up by driveways and parking lots.
Need to have a acre button
It would be helpful for the casual user to be able to save some work without spending 5 Dollars a month to do so.
I like PropertyLineFinder a lot but I am not using it in a commercial manner. I use it briefly for personal information.

Easy to use and very precise!
Perfect for inspecting / surveying pavements. I use GIS resources professionaly and have founs PropertyLineFinder to be the most accurate replacement for an “out of office” alternative to remotely investigate areas.
