Don’t charge me!

Started the trial, decided i didn’t want it but there’s no option to undo it. It says go to settings but the only option is to email them, and i haven’t gotten any reply. I am annoyed that i will be charged for something i don’t want. Beware if you agree who knows when you can stop
Hard to use

Just gave it a test run to see if I want an annual subscription. Not! Accidentally entered wrong language and find no way to delete and reenter. So, I keep and find someone who speaks only Arabic? The built-in email for help has no feature for sending it. Will cancel once I figure out how to do that.
Irritating

I got this app because I know a foreign exchange student and was going to have this so I could understand her better. Unfortunately you can only use the app to translate twice before it makes you pay for more. Definitely not very useful!
