Rockpool Oracle Reading Cards Reviews

I originally downloaded RockpoolOracleReadingCards because an ad for it was in the physical deck I bought. I thought it would be cool to have an app where the cards could be accessed digitally. Then I found out I had to buy the digital deck as well! But I already have the physical deck, why would I want to buy the same deck twice? And judging from the other reviews here, even if I had bought the digital deck it would not have been good. I have several decks that are on RockpoolOracleReadingCards , and they are good decks. But there is no point to RockpoolOracleReadingCards .

I bought a physical deck that had an advertisement to get RockpoolOracleReadingCards. I am disappointed, RockpoolOracleReadingCards is very slow and it won’t let me buy any of the virtual decks.

I bought a deck and RockpoolOracleReadingCards card came with it. I don’t see the need to spend $4 more dollars to have it on my phone. There should be something in the box to scan to use your deck in RockpoolOracleReadingCards . Use RockpoolOracleReadingCards to assist those of us that have already spent the money.

Ok, not sure what the deal is. But I bought the Egypt deck and I cannot actually browse the cards. I have no idea what is in the deck. All I can do is draw a card. Am I missing something or did you actually make it so I paid for something I can not access? Please respond and or fix.

I have bought 18 Rockpool apps and the last one that I bought I am not able to access it. I have contacted customer service at least seven times and they have only replied once. They told me to uninstall the main Rockpool app and re-install it, but it did not work for the last app that I have bought from them. I have asked for a refund for the last app which I am not able to access and they will not respond to my emails.

I’ve purchased 3 decks and all of them won’t show one side of the card. One of the decks has one card in it that obviously belongs to another deck, which I don’t even have. The only reason I know that is because I also have the physical deck and the photo on this card is completely different. Tried to find a way to contact customer service but the link for customer support doesn’t even work. I won’t make the mistake of purchasing these decks again.

I own some of the decks and RockpoolOracleReadingCards is just a sad, unusable waste of space on my phone. Deleted after this review.

RockpoolOracleReadingCards is terrible because you can’t browse the cards, save a reading, or even send a copy of it to yourself! Compared to the technology of other oracle and tarot deck apps, this needs major fixes! Don’t waste your money!

I purchased a deck and it led me to RockpoolOracleReadingCards. The deck I purchased isn’t even available in RockpoolOracleReadingCards .

The physical decks are nice but I don’t get the point of RockpoolOracleReadingCards . The UI is clumsy and only 5 updates in 3 years 🤷‍♀️.

I bought a deck of cards for $30 which contained an ad to download RockpoolOracleReadingCards. Where they now want me to pay more money for the digital version of those cards.

I own a physical deck, there should be a way for me to register it to use RockpoolOracleReadingCards, because who in their right mind would also buy a digital deck. Fix this.

A flier for RockpoolOracleReadingCards came with a deck I bought. I thought I was getting one free digital deck. I did not realize that it’s just very little samples from different decks. Totally misleading and puts a bad taste in my mouth about the publisher. I collect oracle decks but probably not anymore from this particular publisher.

I purchased a couple of their physical decks and saw the ad for RockpoolOracleReadingCards . Of course I had to check it out. So disappointed that they expect me to pay more for this. Oh well. App is now deleted.

Is this company even in business? I know we’re dealing with the pandemic but I also feel that this would be a great time to work out the kinks and bugs within RockpoolOracleReadingCards so that paying customers can actually use what they paid for. Also, there’s a mention in RockpoolOracleReadingCards about an updated version but nowhere to click to get to the update. Can someone please help us? We really would like to hear back from you guys.

I sampled the cards then bought them. Since purchasing I am unable to read a card in its entirety. It’s cut off. I don’t know where to go to report the problem. I’m about to ask for a refund. Mickeyabarrett

Hi I love the decks, I even bought some hard copies. I bought 4 apps yesterday and I’m having a tough time loading them. Only 2 show up in my purchases. I tried to even buy them again and see if they show, it says that I already bought them and says they will be restored for free. However they never restored.
I deleted the entire app and reinstalled it, but still, only 2 decks show in my purchases. Please help me to fix this. Thanks a lot

I am having problems with RockpoolOracleReadingCards . I bought three decks and only one is showing. Tried rebuying them, and said it would reload them and yet it was spinning and no more. I love your stuff, but if it does not work, I should remove RockpoolOracleReadingCards and look for something else.

There's only about five or six cards per deck and it doesn't shuffle easily. I ended up just removing this from my device. It needs more work.

I jumped with joy when I saw that the Sacred Power Reading Cards oracle is included, as it is not (yet) available in the US ❤️
A couple suggestions that might make the gorgeous app even better: Please eliminate the notification/status bar at the top; it really takes away from an immersive experience, and makes RockpoolOracleReadingCards look like it was originally created for small-screen iPhones. Also, full-size images of the cards would be really, *really* wonderful 😊
I know RockpoolOracleReadingCards is brand new and changes will take time, but being used to the quality of The Fool's Dog's apps, I'm really hoping and wishing for the above-described improvements to be implemented 🙏

RockpoolOracleReadingCards is a great idea to explore decks. It looks like the idea is to be able to purchase physical so digital decks after checking them out. RockpoolOracleReadingCards doesn’t seem quite done. I love the idea though! Keep going!
