First mistake is you make it harder to get gems. With the recent update you took away the option to get 6 gems from the party bus. Second mistake is you make it so that we have to watch an ad to send out the party bus. I don’t mind watching the ad. My issue is THE ADS DONT WORK!!!!! For two days now I’m not able to watch an ad on the party bus. The button is gray. But I can still watch an ad to get the one gem located at the top right. How???? And actually I should’ve said the first mistake was making everything attainable only with gems. What are the coins for? I have well over a million coins and could have more but I see no use for them so I don’t even waste my time collecting them from my food trucks everyday. Lower the need for gems and add more reasons to use coins. Otherwise is would be one of my favorite games of all time. Look at everything your other users are saying!!! Probably 95% (or higher) of the complaints about this game are about the gems. That’s ridiculous. People have been complaining for over a year still nothing has improved. So that proves that you don’t care about your customers. I really hate to say it but after having this game myself for so long, I’m seriously considering uninstalling. 😭

Let me start by saying I really enjoyed playing this game. I never read the reviews but I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing gems. I purchased 125 gems so that I would have enough to enter the carnival (14 gems). Before entering the carnival I noticed you couldn’t go forward without upgrades. I was able to earn a few gems throughout the levels so I had no clue the carnival would be the gem drainer. My 125 gems went in less than 10 of the 15 levels. Outside the carnival I am 3 star every level player (with some upgrades). In the carnival I served every customer and provided as many desserts as requested. I could not go pass level 8 without more upgrades. My timer still had time on it at the completion of every level. All of my appliances were upgraded. The ingredients were more than 60% upgraded. This game requires a lot of gems that you have to pay for. Earning two or three after watching hours of ads isn’t worth it.

So I have been playing this game for awhile now and loving it but I began to notice that when I stopped buying the piggy bank and allowed it to just pile up. That once it was full the gems were suppose to come back to me as it had earlier but no longer was happening. Instead it is showing it just magically disappears. That’s impossible to Happen.. since that piggy bank is maxed out at 60 gems and I am not able to buy the bank, so any gems after the bank is full is suppose to go back to the player as it had done before because the bank can’t hold it and you have earned them from playing the game and upgrading all of your steps. So how are they just disappearing ? They shouldn’t be this is beyond weird and strange to me. Also, I know something isn’t right because when I play the delivery part it’s suppose to go from 5, to 10 and then it’s a longer gap to 20 but it does stop to a 15 mark where you just don’t receive as much but on mine it’s now. Going to 4-9 -14 and 19.. so obviously something has began to malfunction. And once I began to record these errors happening then the patience on all of my customers started to dwindle down extremely fast and it has never ever done that before. So not sure what is going on with the game but something isn’t right. And I have loved this game up till now. Very weird stuff happening
