I bought PinkfongShapesColors but nothing is unlocked. When I try to buy again it says it has already been purchased and to restore the account. When I click restore it tells me I didn’t purchase it. This cycle continues over and over.

I bought this game for my son who loves pinkfong but he can only play it on my cell phone and not his iPad because only a few games are unlocked on the iPad. I thought if I purchased this game I should be able to use the game even if I’m not connected to wifi. I am so irritated!!!!

Not kid friendly. Ads are designed into the game making it look like activities. Boring and not challenging. Poorly designed. Do not purchase subscription.

I made the payment, so stop advertising your other apps. If I keep seeing ads, I’ll file a complaint with PinkfongShapesColors Store and request a refund.

Canceled the subscription and they still charged my card!!!

i have purchased the 9.99 update, the payement is accepted but PinkfongShapesColors would freeze and not unlock everything.
when i choose restore it says no purchased items,but when i purchase itbsays it has been purchased before and will be downloaded for free

FYI my husband and I were going crazy trying to figure out why the purchased app to unlock the entire thing wasn’t showing up between our devices. Went back and deleted, restarted, etc. then went back to PinkfongShapesColors Store to read the fine print that, although PinkfongShapesColors can be shared (oh, with the two free games, thanks), we discovered that the in-app purchases CANNOT be shared amongst family sharing. Then please, Pinkfong, tell me what’s the point of family sharing if I can’t share the $10 purchase to my other child’s device??? You’ve got to be kidding me.

I purchased PinkfongShapesColors about a month or two ago & my 2 year old keeps deleting it. But this time I added it back & there is no “restore” button. Help please !

They don’t regulate their ads, so I just literally had my daughter freak out over seeing ad’s for a mature rated graphic content from a game being advertised. Definitely stopped that $10 subscription 👎🏿

When I downloaded PinkfongShapesColors (Oct 2021), I was drawn to the fact that it does not list “in app purchases”. This is misleading as most of the activities do require $$. The way they require payment is outside of PinkfongShapesColors Store which means it does not get listed as requiring purchases. That is why, when purchased, apparently it cannot be shared among devices according to other reviewers. Not cool by Pink phong, but I partially blame the current Apple store design for allowing customers to be mislead this way.

PinkfongShapesColors is good. The music is way too loud.

My daughter loved PinkfongShapesColors we had the free version but I mistakenly updated so she could have all the features. Very expensive for the amount of games she was able to play. Very disappointing.

My son absolutely LOVE the activities AND the songs in PinkfongShapesColors! He is nonverbal but I can tell he is definitely learning a lot as he nwvigates thru PinkfongShapesColors ! I highly recommend this for your toddler/prek child

Yes. It Will Be Nice For Kids. But I Have 15 Shapes Is Found It’s Coming Soon February 12, 2024. Shapes Are Amazing And Beautiful Shapes. So I Can Took A Lot Of Shapes For Kids. It Does? Yes!

Thank you for making PinkfongShapesColors!! It’s so fun to play with but you should make this in PinkfongShapesColors : play the learning games and unlock all the other games but I love when you respond to my reviews cause I love you so much ❤️😘😍🥰😊your so awesome love you pinkfong please respond pinkfong
