Good and Bad

Good - it reminds me to talk positively and serves as a motivation to check in with myself to make sure I am speaking positively to myself
Annoying - sometimes it pops up at inconvenient times which isn’t that big of a deal
Super Annoying + why I’m deleting the app: this is supposed to be an app designed for self love and care. So why did I have to make a decision to upgrade with 35% percent off in under a minute? There literally was a counter counting down the seconds. It just seems invasive and like a marketing gimmick on steroids. No, thank you to that. Thank you for motivating me to make my own app using my phone’s calendar. At least I won’t get annoying pop up ads.
A few changes needed

This would be a 5 star app with a few changes - 1) give paid subscribers the option to remove the date from the affirmation page, and 2) allow paid subscribers to choose whether they hold the button down or simply swipe up rather than having to hold the button down to see the next affirmation. I love the backgrounds and sounds, but if I’m paying for an app I should be able to customize my experience a little bit.

I wanted to like this app and had hope for it. But part of the problem I suppose is that it isn’t customizable. I’d often get mantras about my “career”, and I’m a student so that doesn’t apply to me right now. It was also very secular which is fine for people that are but for me I don’t think things happen because of the “universe” or that I’m a divine being. I’m glad a lot of people seem to like this and I hope it continues to do well, but it’s not for me.
