Like the many others on here they took a years subscription out of my account without my authorization. I canceled my subscription 2 years ago! Refund my money in a timely manner or deal with my lawyer!

BOOMERANG WILL NOT PLAY ON MY SMART TV. BOOMERANG WILL ONLY PLAY ON ANDROID. ALL I GET ON MY SMART TV IS AUDIO. I TRIED TO CONTACT BOOMERANG WITH NO RESPONSE. I EVEN DELETED AND REINSTALLED APP SEVERAL TIMES ON SMART TV AND STILL ONLY AUDIO AND A BLANK SCREEN. ALL MY OTHER VIDEO APPS WORK PERFECTLY THANK GOD. I GUESS I HAVE TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTON.

I was billed for another year subscription in December. The yearly subscription came out of my account in December of 2021. I canceled any future subscription and it took the yearly fee out again on January 31,2022. I would like for you to refund my money that you charged me double for for a years subscription. You did not have permission to do so. And therefore in my eyes this company is stealing money from my account. I will pursue legal charges if the money isn’t returned to my account in a timely manner.

I’m not wanting to watch it on gmail I want it back on my cable provider sudden link cable tv to watch it was on channel 303 it’s been taken completely off when I asked my cable provider they said it was the boomerang network not them they did say they wish it was still on there they told me they get calls everyday asking why it’s not on there and wish it still was every time I ask they keep telling me the same thing over and over back at the beginning of June it was still on my cable lineup since then it’s been off my cable tv it’s really making me mad yes I know it’s the same as Cartoon Network but it’s really not cause all the good cartoons are on boomerang network me and about every body else hates the ones on Cartoon Network there just not the same why have a Cartoon Network if you won’t show the good ones people like to watch

I talked to my cable provider suddenlink and they said it wasn’t anything to do with the cable company that they it had to do with the boomerang network i really wish you all would put it back on my cable tv lineup cause it was taken completely off and they said they’ve had a lot of customers asking about it and liked to watch and I’m one of them to watch it on my cable tv provider

I asked my cable Provider suddenlink and they don’t know why either but the boomerang network was taken completely off the channel lineup they’ve had a lot of customers asking about it including me and they said they hated to lose it and it was the networks doing not the cable company and we would like to know why I’d just love to have it back on my cable tv provider to watch on my cable lineup

No problem here, rather a question that has perplexed me for awhile. As a 54 year old huge fan of Bugs Bunny, I watch whenever I get the chance. I am very curious though, why do you leave some episodes out of your rotation? It would seem that over the coarse of an extended time, a year or two,,, or three, that eventually you would have aired the full arsenal of episodes. But only the same say couple dozen get aired. An example of a few I have not seen on Boomerang in several years are Bugs as a bullfighter, (classic), or when he calls a square dance getting two old hill billys to club each other, or battle Yosemite Sam in the desert, or in the coliseum in Rome. There are more, but you get the idea. I can only conclude that for some reason you cant obtain the rights to air certain ones??? I would be most grateful if you could shed some light on this for me. I would like to add that about 10 years ago on New Years Eve you aired Bugs and friends for like 12 hours straight, I was in heaven!!!! Thank you for your time, Sincerely, Tom Latimer

It’s really makes me upset I want to be able to watch boomerang on my tv it used to be on suddenlink cable channel 303 now it not back at the beginning of summer I had it and that’s about all I would watch they just keep directing me to that zdesk so I tell them and they don’t do or tell me anything and it’s just making me mad when you put it on the channel it says the station is no longer available on your lineup when I asked the cable provider suddenlink they said it didn’t have anything to do with them it had to do with the network

Will NOT Delete Watched Episodes from List

I use this solely to watch classic Looney Tunes episodes. I have zero desire to watch anything else. The major problem is that I’ve watched ALL of the episodes but the app WILL NOT REMOVE THEM from the “Watching Now” list. I have to go into the episode, fast forward it to the end, tap “Back” at the minute, precise time, and HOPE that it clears from the list. I’ve done this OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN, but it doesn’t always clear the episode from the list. Often it keeps the same one on and I have to try again. When I think I’ve whittled it down to the actual episode I’m watching, IT ADDS THEM ALL BACK! Very, VERY, INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. I watch the various playlists and like to go back to the one I’m actually on, but I never know which one it is because it says I’m currently watching 12 episodes from four different shows. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this glitch or add an option to clear your queue/watching now list

Please fix downloads

First of all, I love the tv shows on this app. Please continue to add more throwback cartoons! The reason I’m giving this app such a low rating is because of all the technical issues I’ve been facing. I love that there is a download feature as I often watch shows on my phone on my commute to work which has little to no service. The downloads feature was working fine at first but once I turned my phone on airplane mode I was unable to start a show. Clicking on the show did nothing unless I had service. The second issue was the downloaded show would randomly stop while I was watching it on airplane mode. Once it stopped I had to back out and start the show from the beginning and hope it would work without stopping. It was hard to finish a single downloaded episode without service. This happened multiple times and I wasn’t able to finish the episode. The final issue occurred while I was watching a downloaded episode without airplane mode on with service coming in and out. The screen went black for a couple of seconds and then crashed. I was unable to open the app again because everyone I tried it crashed. I had to delete the app which deleted all of my downloads. Since downloading episodes only worked some of the time, I am unable to download episodes I haven’t seen yet because I have reached my “two downloads per year” limit. I love that there is a download feature but please fix this as soon as possible and I will purchase a yearly subscription!!!

You better quit screwing around and hop to it.

I grew up with boomerang as a kid in the early to mid 2000’s and loved watching it. Even though Cartoon Network was still evolving with more shows that came out like Ed, Edd N Eddy, Foster’s Home and Codename: KND just to name a few. I found it awesome that there was an app for it but quickly realized it’s missing A LOT of shows. You guys better quit screwing around and hop to it. Foster’s was one of my many favorites and it’s not even on here!!!! If you want more subscribers and good reviews, make a better app, put all of the so-called “5000” shows you have on here and even if you up the charge for them, I’ll buy a year subscription. Because I miss watching these classic shows and want to do so. It would be an even bigger bonus if we can somehow select Cartoon Network bumpers from whatever year. My personal favorites were the Cartoon Network City bumpers. But you guys got to bring back ALL OF THOSE SHOWS. Wouldn’t hurt to have the Miguzi shows like teen titans or TMNT. If you can work on the shows at the very least I will be a returning subscriber. Please upgrade and revamp your app! I would love to return to it!!!
