Too many Invasive and annoying ads

This would be a decent weather app but it’s so full of annoying pop up ads that it’s not worth using. Especially when there are so many other excellent weather apps to choose from. Hey advertisers, annoying ads just tick people off. They do you more harm than good!

Started great worked very well for four days. Good information, good color, easy to use. Now two days in a row NOTHING. The screen comes up blank, I wait for the fill in, after fives seconds or so it shuts down. Went to the setting screen, no help there. Time to delete.
Stop telling me to enable Location Service

I specifically have the location service turned off and every time I open the app I get a notification letting me know it’s off and to go into settings to turn it on. Why not just let me use the app and have a little discrete notice at the top (or wherever) that says Location Service is turned off and then let me decide when or if I want to turn it on. Annoying
