Letting even T-Mobile flagged calls through!

App was solid for about three weeks- radio silence. Now it’s even letting through calls already has flagged by T-mobile as known scam/spam/telemarketers. I am a iOS/Apple environment power user and this app has an issue.
Do NOT respond with novice/non-tech troubleshooting steps; I’ve done them all. The Call Blocker app appears to have dropped-synch with their source number databases.
Waste of time

I downloaded this app because it was one of the only ones with decent reviews, however, I see it was a waste of time. I am still getting 6-10 spoof and spam calls a day. I have added the numbers to the block list and guess what?? They are gone from the list! I have to keep adding them!! I have gone so far as to enable my do not disturb on my phone to allow only my contacts to reach me and these numbers are still getting through!!!! This app is crap!!
NO CALL BLOCKING

I’m a free user, for about a month, and this app has not blocked a single call nor identified a spam/ telemarketing caller. This app has given me access to 302 numbers in their dangerous database since I installed it in early March. I’ve used points to update the list but it remains at 302.
I have hundreds of blocked numbers in the IOS blocked list but can’t add them to this app except one at a time.
Very disappointed.
To be totally honest I’ve tried several other call/spam blockers such as RoboKiller and Numbo which have not worked very well either.
I’m not willing to pay for a service that can’t prove itself otherwise I’d have spent ~$100 so far. I have authorized the apps I’ve tried under the Phone settings Incase you think I can’t follow setup instructions.
