I am unable to download new presets to my GTX 100 OR my GTX 50. I get the error message "we're sorry something went wrong". My firmware is up to date as is my tone app. My wifi is configured and I am signed in.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Fender Tone app issues:

Force Stop the Fender Tone App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Fender Tone app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Fender Tone to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fender Tone App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Fender Tone app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Fender Tone.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Fender Tone » "Force Stop".

Again, got Fender Tone » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
