4.5 out of 5
Enjoyable Game, but...

I really like the game, being able to do the searches w/out the endless “story lines” and intrigue. But, they really need more scenes. You can get through the ones included in a very short time, and then what? Also, as noted in other reviews, it can be extremely difficult (impossible) to select an item. I have touched on an item over and over and it will not acknowledge the “find”; you have to end up using one of your banked reveals to finish the scene. This happens on every scene with multiple items.
If these things could be fixed and more scenes added I would give five stars. Thanks

Uninvited guests

I like the game so far just stared it but like it. The muted colors make it a little harder to notice some of the items.
And interesting that it includes several scenes.
Even though the above statement is already written before I write mine. I also think playing the same three sets of scenes over and over even after you when all three stars in each set is tire some. The muted and dark colors make it hard on my old eyes that have had three surgeries to end up with perfect vision. Except needing cheap reading glasses. Lol causes tired dry eyes.. would like to have more sets of scenes for a change. Other than those items I like the game. Even with the dark colors.

Redundant Advertisement

I really like this game a lot. However it seems really really are stupid (i’m sorry I just couldn’t think of a diplomatic word to replace stupid). In between every game there is an advertisement for Homescapes. I’ve probably seen that 30 second video Hundreds of times. Never, ever a new video, always the same thing. Now guys if I haven’t downloaded that game yet, chances are about 0% that I’m going to. I do download new games from these advertisements from time to time. That is how I ended it with your game. But this particular redundant of replaying it over and over and over is just annoying. Don’t you have anything else that would be of interest to people? At any rate, I hope to see a change.

Beautiful graphics but...

I'd like to give this game five stars. The search is difficult enough to stay interesting; the detail is entrancing. But there's a BIG problem--at least for me. I'm playing on an iPad Air. Often I will have to touch really hard on the item, sometimes 3 or 4 times before it registers. Other times I'm just scrolling and the game punishes me by subtracting 2000 points. By the end, I was nervous to touch anything, even when I was SURE. It took 6 tries to get the ghost. Really subtracts from the fun.

The other issue: I don't know when I'm done...I thought I'd finished. Then it shows me all the scenes and not all the stars are filled in. What does this mean? Is there an explanation somewhere that I've not found?

Sucky terminology- great i spy!

So a casket is where dead people are put (unless you choose a dif method) and what i needed was a toolbox. This happens a lot. The word does not match what the player is looking for. Ive lived all over the world and im pretty sure casket never means toolbox. But the i spy aspect is tricky enough to be difficult and keep you playing. So if a non english speaker made the word list- maybe get someone to help you redo it. Its beyond annoying. I have to use up my hints just to figure out what the heck a word refers to!! A tap? A shoe? What? What is a tap? Oh. A spigot. Aha. Tap. Or a tray? Looked like a medallion/shield/ anything but a tray. Just saying. Redo the wording and 5 stars. Everything else. Great.

A Whimsical Getaway

I liked playing this a lot , the graphics and details are beautiful and magical. It’s not too difficult or frustrating to play. I like to play this as a relaxing activity and I found the hints to be an added bonus. I would’ve given this five stars but I didn’t realize how short this game was. I finished it in a day and wished it didn’t end. I wouldn’t mind playing this again.

Hints available

This game is enjoyable for a number of reasons.
There are many scenes and each one has a different list of hidden objects. There is an upgrade available that creates a constant flow through the pages and provides limitless hints.
For a very reasonable fee, that upgrade can be free.
Same thing with ads, though they are not as obtrusive as others I’ve seen elsewhere.
So, all in all, it is creative, challenging and can be enjoyed without additional fees.

4 stars too short

This is a great HO game and love the 360 effect. Easy even annoyed with the ads, some short, some longer, didn’t repeat same ads constantly, actually were a good break to go do something else. Gameplay deserves a 5 star rating, but if you play HO games you will enjoy it, but complete it in a day or so, then you are DONE no further content... so only gave 4 star rating for ... Boom Done

Pure object find but not enough

I like the game a lot because it’s a pure object find game. There are no little match three games in between scenes. Additionally I liked the scrolling screens. I found objects more than once by scrolling in the other direction. Pretty cool. Now to the reason I gave the game 4/5. 1) There is not enough. I completed all the scenes in less than a week. 2) some archaic word choices example casket to mean small box 3) long ads between scenes got annoying. Yes, I know I could pay to get rid of them, and I almost did, except then there was no more game. I was surprised, disappointed and glad I did not spend .99.

You’ll never find those last missing items!

I agree with the one reviewer who said she keeps going back to the worlds that say there is still one item to find. You can do this dozens of times and you will never find the item. This happens in several levels and it is very frustrating. I finally had to just give up! Otherwise I would’ve given it a 5!

Great searching, but finished so soon...

It’s what I wanted! A find the object game without all the other game rules, getting extra friends, etc. The only disappointment is that there aren’t many scenes. I played through the entire game in less than a week. I need more scenes, more objects per scene, more challenging searches? Maybe all of the above... The only time I used a hint was because I couldn’t figure out what the word referred to. A garmon is not something I’m familiar with, but I expected a casket to look like what is used for burials/ funeral homes. Anyways, over all I was pleased. I guess I’ll delete it from my phone now since I’ve finished the game.

Lovely game, wish it were longer!

I really like the hidden object games from this company, I just wish they were longer. This one is uncomplicated and relaxing, with good visuals and background music, but it’s over too soon! More puzzle variety in the game would help, too. But still, it’s a good game and there’s nothing so complicated in it that you need to go to a different website to have the thing explained.

Fun, not easy, ads are redundant

This is another fun HO game from Crisp. I’ll be sad when I’ve played all their HO games. At first, I thought this was going to be an easy game and was ready to pass but as you go through levels it becomes quite challenging. 5 stars are for this game and if I could rate the ad content it would be 1. I don’t mind ads yet what I do mind is redundant ads. While playing, the same ad played over and over. This gets very annoying. Additionally, you can’t X out the ad you have to watch the entire ad and it’s not the usual short ads that Crisp uses. This would make a more pleasurable game if the developers switched up the ad content. Don’t bypass playing based on my ad dislike as this is a great HO game.

Love this hidden objects game!

I love all of the Crisp App Studio hidden objects games. The best graphics! this app and the Beast is one of the very first hidden objects games that I installed over 6 yrs. ago. I have finished this one several times, deleted it and reinstalled it. I have found a few flaws and you do have to play the different scenes over and over to finally complete the mission. But, all and all, I love this game!

Beauty and the Beast Hidden Objects

This game is different from the all the hidden object games we know. Sometimes there are five or six pages you swipe though looking for the hidden object.
Sometimes all you get to search is the page in front of you. Some items r right in front of you and others you have to search None of the object move like a curtain or a towel The objects you r looking for can be behind something with only a little showing
So far there r no coins lighting or anything else needed to play You can play the game as many times as u like. That is refreshing
Really refreshing is there r no ads not one
I think you should try to finish the scene to get the three stars.
It really fun n relaxing
Enjoy u cannot go wrong with this one

So far all games are great

Yeah they have ads between scenes but hey they don't pay long & if they bother you that much spend the .99cents to get rid of them. They bother me yes but can't beat the price of the game.
I would pay a total of like 10% off of you buy for all the games and been happy to do so!
Just enjoy the games and forget the ads. At least the objects aren't so easy to find you are bored before starting!

Sweet

I really like this. Most hidden object games have way to much stuff going on and are timed. I play them because it is great exercise for my brain which is challenged because of a brain aneurysm. This particular one lets me go along at my own pace and is comforting, not frenzied and way to hard for my poor slow brain to handle. This easily helps my memory muscles get stronger. Thanks for this game, oh, music and graphics are a plus too!

Exactly what I was looking for!

I was looking for a straightforward hidden objects game and unfortunately I had to go through probably 10 other apps before I found this one. The other apps tried to make me play with other people or do a bunch of other BS that kept me from getting to play a basic hidden objects game. Beauty is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Plus, the backgrounds for the searches are stunningly beautiful.

Beauty and the Beast Hidden Object game

Fun game and good variety but some of the items are really obscure and/ or not real common. I am really enjoying the fact that it doesn’t ask you to buy things all the time! I would far rather pay up front to just buy a game and then play it as I wish rather than needing to buy stuff to keep the game going.
So if you don’t like to do in-app purchases this is the game for you.

Finally!!!

I have to say most hidden object games are juvenile and there is a place for them. This one impresses. Thank you for not fearing to put an intelligent game of hidden objects out there. Hidden object games have been studied and the results are in. They help with spatial working memory. Spatial abilities are super important to all. Look it up. And spatial memory like all memory abilities can be improved. So, again, thank you for making one that challenges adults.
