How to fix Destra app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Destra app on iPhone
Update Destra app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Destra iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Destra on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Destra network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Destra app issues:

Force Stop the Destra App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Destra app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Destra to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Destra App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Destra app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Destra.

Fix Destra unable to contact server/ Destra internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Destra » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Destra » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Destra on android.
