Subscription only works for PC and not mobile devices

StudyPug is a great app to learn but although StudyPug has been paid for whenever I login to the website it says that I have a subscription but the entire situation is different when I log into the same account on a mobile device even if I already have it paid it still says that I’m on my free version and that I can have only one lesson per day compared to the pc version that I could scroll through the thousands of videos without the limit, please fix this or then this is just a complete waste of money

This seems like a great app and I hate to rate it badly but I can’t even make an account. I’ve tried multiple times and it is impossible for me to click the continue button. Maybe it’s just my phone as It’s an older model, but even clicking the button to sign up took a few tries. I tried rotating my phone different ways and looked for something to help scroll down the page but nothing happened.

Ok this is a little unfair... I only had the app for like 30 or so minutes. It seems like a good app! Has good reviews and such. It’s sounds like a good app right? Yeah, maybe for someone is willing to pay.i am 12 I am not good at math! I simply wanted something free and helpful! It was bad Evan before I fully loaded onto the app. You know I am 12 I don’t have a phone I have an iPad but the screen is so tiny I can barley see! Isent this game for like 5 to 15 year olds? Why would a five year old have a phone! Anyway, sure! I am a little disappointed 😞 but I guess it’s ok there is plenty of other apps out there....
