App could be better if we can pass the login page as and when we want to sign in. Have deleted and reinstalled, issue remains. this app can do better in leading our Digitization by getting its app fixed. Disappointing.

This new app is HORRENDOUS.
Who is the developer????? It makes going to the library to get books a very horrible experience now that it’s impossible to borrow any books!! App is unable to even load the e card

The bugs render the good features, and NLB itself, useless

NLB looks good on the outside.
I like many of the features:
Scan to Borrow
Read Online
Pay Fees Online
Reserve Books

However, NLB is totally useless if I am blind and using NLB to try to read ebooks from our library.

Using voiceover, I am unable to access the Login or Back Arrow buttons. The buttons on the bottom menu are all not labeled: voiceover reads them as "TAB".

Even if I were to be able to get to an ebook, I can't read it online when voiceover is active.

Please fix the accessibility of NLB.

My app won't even let me get to login page. Only says it's having 'connectivity issues'. I've tried when both on wifi and 4G. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

NLB has so many issues. After I signed up, it asks for some basic info (like preferred languages). But once I’m done it says “Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again in a few minutes.” It kept happening for a whole day. Sometimes I didn’t even reach that point. On the last question it’d say “Email Reminders are automatically sent and cannot be deselected.” Which made no sense cause I never deselected anything about email notifications (only said YES to receiving mobile ones as well). Finally by some miracle I able to get into NLB , but it really shouldn’t be this hard to just access my account after just registering.

With this new revamp that completely replace the old version, why can't you just make it support the bigger phones screen sizes? It had already been several years that large screen sizes are out, so please take the initiative to make the new app support this. It makes you seem like you are out of touch in our smart nation initiative.

Performs well and keeps me connected to the National library system. Thank you.

Access to many publications and newspapers besides e-books

My app is somehow 650 Mb… please have a way to clear the cache rather than reinstalling NLB . Thanks!!
