Terrible app

I tried this right after Dark Sky went away. It was terrible. We are a year or so down the line, so I thought I’d give it another shot. Nope. ‘network error’ is constant every time I open the app. Or it tells me I’m offline. Why did you take something that worked, messed with it and now nothing works?

I loved this app and signed up for a paid subscription. But a few days ago it stopped working. It keeps telling me that it’s offline and can’t get a forecast. It CAN get an ad however. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it’s still not working. Very disappointed. And the support link takes me to twitter which I don’t use.

Paid the subscription, worked as expected for exactly two weeks—and then it didn’t. App has been “offline” for nearly a month now, and apparently no way to get a hold of support for a fix. I’ve tried deleting/reloading app, but still nothing. Perhaps this review will be seen by support for either a fix or a refund.
