Pilgrimage Festival Reviews

Downloaded PilgrimageFestival and immediately received notification of the charge to the credit card associated with my Apple ID. Charged $5.48 ($4.99 + tax) even though PilgrimageFestival Store showed PilgrimageFestival as free. Contacted Apple and they were nice enough to refund the charge.

PilgrimageFestival is pretty much worthless for the festival. Day two and it still says the map is coming soon. No way to see where food vendors are located or find out any notifications since when I go to the link they are not available. The link to contact them takes me to a contest entry. The only thing I could do was make a schedule of who I want to see. Otherwise PilgrimageFestival was no help while at the festival.

Apparently they haven’t updated this only 2 months before the 2022 festival.

Also One of the most important features, the map, needs work. When you zoom in to read the tiny print on the overlay, it just disappears. And you can’t see the layout anymore. Not helpful without glasses or a magnifying glass.

You guys are pulling in huge cash. Yet this is not updated for 2022 only 6 weeks before??

It’s less than a week away! Are we getting an updated app?
