FieldServiceMinistry is good when it's working, but when it crashes it deletes ALL YOUR REPORTS and all your revisits. I lost everything I had saved there and couldn't get any of it back. It logged me out and I've changed the password already 10 times trying to recover everything and it says that everything is incorrect. I am so frustrated. I do not recommend this to anyone.

I read that the pop up ads were bad.. but figured I would give it a shot. I couldn’t even get it set up before I encountered about 5 ads which made me delete the ad before I was done setting it up. Every time you switch a page in FieldServiceMinistry , it throws up a full screen ad... not cool...

Seems like a useful app, but I find it very offputting that there are ads. It just doesn't sit right to think a brother is turning revenue from an app that one: is being presented as something representing Jehovah's organization, and two: should by all means be an ad-free hassle-free experience for the brothers and sisters using it. It has the same feeling as the merchants in Jerusalem that sold the sacrificial animals at the temple, cheating the people. While we aren't paying to use FieldServiceMinistry , you still have financial gain from our usage, and that should have no place in brothers and sisters using FieldServiceMinistry to keep track of their service to Jehovah. Please seriously consider removing the ads, then I'd be glad to use it.

First, I looked at FieldServiceMinistry and never saw a dollar amount.
Once you click “get” is when iTunes charges your account for $7.42 plus $1 then you have to register and give all your personal information. Please make people aware of the cost, if is legitimate, don’t hide it. It’s full of ads and that’s so annoying.
Not worth it, I don’t trust it.

I'm not sure how I feel about FieldServiceMinistry, the adds are very annoying they appear quite often and I'd rather use an app that's more annoying to use than to see apps every 30seconds. I don't like creating an account for ANOTHER app and even though settings are in English there's still random words here and there in Spanish.

I liked the layout of what I could see, but registering for an account isn't happening. A field service record contains too much personally identifiable information for me to attach it to an account administered by someone I don't know.

Love FieldServiceMinistry for ministry and RV tracking but I’m am absolutely frustrated that with this new update I’m getting ALOT of pop-ups and and considering deleting FieldServiceMinistry because of theses pop-ups. So many pop-ups I can’t use FieldServiceMinistry how ID like

FieldServiceMinistry delete my 3 years of service hours! then saying to make a profile! please restore my data from before

I like FieldServiceMinistry but a couple things frustrate me when using. 1. I’d like to be able to delete a month of time entered. When I filter the months for my year goal and select activate the prior months I’ve entered - not included in my filter- are added to my year goal.
2. The filer for current month hours does not display in the dashboard. It only combines all months I’ve entered hours for.

So far it’s nice but unable to correct the number for address. Needs a button to be able to do that.

I tried to enter a date under new report but when I tapped the blank field nothing happens. I’ve tried several times checked for updates too.

Every time that I have to update the return visit it not work !!!!

Great app! Simple and effective tool.
Suggestion: Enhance return visits section. As of now, once the return visit name and details are in, no further modifications are allowed. It would be great to have a feature that would allow one to keep adding return visit dates/ hours and details to the one person's profile.

Great app! All round a good app and I've been using it for some months now and it's great but I wish I could edit a return visit after I've made it. Please add this feature

I wish u could put in placements on return visits section, and I wish u could category your return visits by towns or city's. Other then that I love FieldServiceMinistry, one of the best out there

I don't speak Spanish but I can see that this is a very well made app for tracking field service activity.

FieldServiceMinistry could be awesome with some minor tweaks. I like that making a report or return visit is pretty quick and easy. Apple most likely charges you to post FieldServiceMinistry so I can understand why you included adds to make up for the charges. Plus it's not like you are offering spiritual food for a price, that would be bad, but this is a man made tool. It would be the same as if you made a general door to door app and charged the users for it. I commend those that go above and beyond to create tools like these for the furthering of the good news.

I have been looking for something like FieldServiceMinistry to help me keep track.. easy, simple, useful!
