You only rotate doing the same thing twice. “Help” the woman “deliver the baby” and give her a checkup in the office. Very boring, very fast. Also, the game is highly inaccurate. Women aren’t restrained while pushing and they don’t get a shot in the arm with anesthesia either. The game gives me a creepy feel because you give the woman anesthesia, then strap her down to the bed, then the doc keeps reaching his hand under the sheet.

You literally just copy-pasted Sofia the First into your game and made her pregnant. Also, she's like, 10?! I'm pretty sure she hasn't even had her period yet. She's way too young to have kids! And who even with. She doesn't have a love interest in the show! The game itself is just weird and some bits are inaccurate and gross. Why was this made?! Oh, btw, this review was made by an 11-yo. Even kids hate this game!!
