First of, I love this game and the storyline. It is very addicting at the beginning but the more you play, it got a bit boring for me. You wait all day for that 300 points then you play the mini game which adds like another 150 points. But then when you play, each tap is worth 10 points. Meaning you wait all day for 450 points not including the ads that you have to watch that’s worth 20-30 points, and you finish all of those points maybe less than 5 minutes and you wait again. The waiting and playing was exciting at the beginning but after days to weeks to months, it got boring. The only way you can probably get excited at finishing is if you pay them for those points which finishes quickly the more you tap. To be honest, I did pay some but I noticed that it’s not really worth it and the 10 points deduction I think is a bit too much. If you give us 450 then 1 point each, then it would probably be more fun.

Anyways I finished this game and the ending did disappoint me. Supposed to have a 2nd season so we’ll see if that’s even better. If not, I guess I’ll have to find another game that’s actually worth playing. Not just money money money..

I was going to put 5 stars because of the storyline but the ending disappointed me plus the waiting and eating up points... still nice and put 3..

I’m officially hooked! It’s a fun game but I just wish there more energy’s we only get 300 a day plus the 20 and the mini game with 130 gets you 450 witch is 45 taps it is NOT that much especially when your right in the middle of a heated conversation or just on a good part and u hv to wait 24 hours just for 45 taps!!! At first I loved it just the fact having to wait but when I got farther in I just wanted more energies!! I really hope that at some point in time they will change it to 500 energies just for the wait then the 20 and 130 from the other thing would give u 650 which would be 65 taps to be honest I want a 100 taps which would be 1’000 energies I think it would make the story go by faster and help u get passed all the little conversations and stuff! But it’s still great game I just hope u fix the energy problem soon! Cross your fingers🤞🏼 well any way I’m hooked on all the is it love games and I sud just u make one for Jake from is it love Ryan and Maybe one for Mark? Well anyway it’s a amazing game five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ just fix the energy problem! And keep up the good work!

I love all of you games. The stories are great and sexy. However with this one in particular it’s not letting me watch ads for more points and when I do the mini game it’s also not registering the points. This has happened several times and I don’t know how to fix this. Otherwise I would give this a full 5 stars. I like these game because while it doesn’t give you a lot of play time by itself, I downloaded all the Is it Love? games at the same time so I’m not bored waiting.

I wish it were easier to get the illustrations though because some times it’s really hard to know what a right answer might be when you get choices like: I wore blue or I wore red.
These choices don’t make sense to the romance characters so how would you know which is correct? Unless it is stated by the character themselves that “my favorite color is blue” then it would make sense to then choose that option. I hope this makes sense.

The story is great, the characters are well-written, and as opposed to many Japanese otome games, the MC can yell back and be aggressive. There are some grammar issues, but it’s not too awful. It’s super addictive, makes me happy, and my day better, but if you plan to play the whole game through, you will spend over $100 in one setting, which is unacceptable. Please for the love of God I am begging you to cut the cost. Take pity on us and don’t be so greedy. I will never start another game from your company because I know that you write them well and the best way to keep myself from shoveling money is to not play at all. Thank you for the amazing time, but seriously it’s too much. Also, I feel like when I play that I’m getting the secret scene, but then it will tell me I didn’t get it and it feels like a slap in the face. Maybe put a meter showing how close or far we are to the ending after we make choices so it’s not so heartbreaking. Buying the secret scene can be reasonable, but it’s too expensive on top of the energy buys.

So I happen to totally love this story, it’s great. Very few grammar issues, and the characters are something that I can relate too.
But, the fact is that I cannot seem to get over the fact that 300 points a day gets me maybe 5 minutes. For a while I couldn’t understand why my points were going so fast, then I realized that it’s 10 points or more per sentence. So you tend to go nowhere super fast. Which means if you actually spend money on this game, you get maybe another 10 minutes?
Who has that kind of money to waste? I will admit that I’ve downloaded the other stories and I haven’t finished any of them, besides this one. Partly because I wanted to see how much money it would take. $150 and three days later I’m teller you all that it was a good story, and 100% not worth it.
I feel sad because I want to continue reading this particular story, but I know I never will, unless this whole system changes. But what can you do? It’s not like these reviews actually do anything.

First things first I must say I really love otome games so I have played many eastern and western types and will be a bit biased.

I wanted to thank the developers for writing the story and although I do agree with other user about it being overpriced, however, I appreciate that you give the users a lot of opportunities to gain more energies unlike other games (such as choices or episode). The story can seem to overly drag on a bit and is a little boring here and there but overall pretty solid. The only thing that kinda brings this game down for me is the fact that you don’t have a backlog or some sort of system to view the previous conversation, sometimes I tap over some text and I feel really annoyed cause I wouldn’t be able to know what it has said without replaying the chapter (which are really long). All in all I enjoyed the game and look forward to the more series that you will write!

Over all it’s cute. But costly and slow. 24 hours for the energy refill. There is a mini game you play once a day and a video here and there where you can earn some additional energy but since the story takes so long to progress, you burn through it during the draggy parts. Sure you can purchase and I took advantage of the new comer deal, but refuse to buy more since it seems wasted to read dry conversations and getting kicked out of the hidden scenes because I didn’t have the energy to continue. I will be deleting IsItLoveRyan since waiting a full day for a read the equivalent of a half a page in a regular book make this more of an afterthought game and I have candy crush for that kind of time filling boredom.

Side note. I was never credited for watching the videos several times and there are additional offers given with the mini game that I complete and was again not credited for. I attempted to sent a msg to support, but it was rejected for who knows what reason. So be warned, there maybe an issue there.

but the reason y I choose 4 stars is because the waiting point is too long of a wait ,
300 points is NOT enough it takes 10 points on every page scrip Nd lasts only like 5 to 8 mins , then again waiting 9 hrs jus for 300 points jus to read 5-7 page script in one chapter, I think we should be able to read two chapters of the story for 300 points NOT ONLY one .
Even with the game bonus we win extra 100 points to add onto the 300 points is NOTHING , it goes out to fast Not enough to move onto nxt chapter,!!!
Really NEEDS TO UPDATE UR 300 points or deduct 2-3 points for each page script in one chapter NOT 10 that’s to much .

I recently downloaded each of these games. The art style, and story is good. I’m hearing from other reviewers that there are sound effects, but maybe you need earphones for those.

The main downside to these unfortunately like everyone says os the energy it takes.

Few ideas.
1 instead of a sentence costing energy, block them in segments. End on cliffhangers if you really want people to buy energy. Not just the next normal thing to say.
This would also help people remember what was going on the next day, if they choose not to.

I believe halving the price would more double the second number. I bet every dollar down would be like an exponent to that current rate. Maybe not as dramatic, but still. $9-700, $8-850, $7-1,050, $6-1,300, $5-1,600
$5x1,600=40,900

That with the additional adds would pull in much greater revenue for you. Also the Ryan story might be a little hot for 12 year olds. 21 and if I had a daughter I’d hate to catch her reading that first secret scene before she was 16. Probably going to put this on each of them..

This has got to be my favorite story of all the companies apps! It draws you in right from the beginning and takes you on a long roller coaster ride of romance! It has the right amount of drama, suspense, plot twists, and moments of being torn. I just finished it and I am absolutely dying for another story! Please continue this story! Not to mention I was pleasantly surprised you can also have an alternate ending with jake too! So many possibilities that leave you hanging on the edge of your seat!

The game is very expensive to play if you actually want a good reading session but it's definitely worth it! Currently planning to play all over again while I wait for the next story lol

This game is so fun. I wish the potions were a little less pricey. I don't like spending my money on anything and the stories are addictive that I've contemplated a few times but just really didn't have the extra cash. Also wish the secret scenes were a little easier to get or that there was at least more of an idea on what you needed to do to unlock them. (Like what ideally are "right decisions?") I played one game where I managed to get them for free a few times having no idea what I've done to get it but this one I have yet to have unlocked any. All in all these are great Otome games. I've pretty much played all of the ones this developer has made. Keep up the good work!

I downloaded this game after receiving constant ads in other apps that I use. Finally, curiosity got the best of me and I downloaded it, as I have played interactive story games before. The very first time I started playing I got so into the story that when I ran out of energy I happily paid for more, eager to support the creators. However, I have not received the energies I paid for. I have reached out to the company twice and have gotten no reply.
I usually don’t leave reviews but this is absurd. Apparently this is an ongoing problem because they have an entire tab dedicated to this issue in their support menu. That doesn’t really do much if no one ever gets back to you. Don’t waste your time or money, there are many other games like this one out there where you can actually receive what you pay for.

I downloaded IsItLoveRyan because of all the positive reviews: fun to play, good story line... etc.

I started playing it and it was great on day one because they give you a bunch of energy to get started. When I ran out, fine, not big deal. Tomorrow is a new day. When I checked my phone it was 10 am and no new energy. Fine some games wait till noon. Then noon come and goes, then 3 pm then 6 pm... still nothing. FINALLY, I get more energy to play and I play for about 45 seconds and I am out again... so now I L done until the next day?! Ridiculous. I even played the mini game and watched a video to get more energy.

I really wanted to like this game and give it support but I don’t. First of all, even when you don’t make a choice it costs you energy... so it costs energy just to ready the script. What a rip off! Second of all each tap to read the next section costs 10 energy. Are you serious?! Literally takes you less than a minute to play everyday. This is a HUGE trap to get you to spend money. I’m sorry but no.

This needs a lot of work to be decent. Do “t get this based on the ratings alone, some of them aren’t real and are a marketing ploy.

The stories themselves are intriguing, and a plus from IsItLoveRyan is your choices do not cost “diamonds”. The game play is rather slow if you don’t want to pay, but they do offer discounts in the first two days of playing that I feel are worthwhile. In any game you have a trade off. I’d rather it take more time to read than miss out on choices, like I do in other games. Nothing is for free, but you can get the most story options out of this if you are patient with the energy. The graphics are excellent!

When I downloaded IsItLoveRyan I was hoping it would be sort of similar to Love Island, which is the best otome/romance type of game here (in my opinion). IsItLoveRyan works off “energy” you start off with a good amount, around 1000, which seems like a lot at first. But each time you tap the dialogue it takes 10 energy. So you tend to go through it pretty fast and don’t get too far into the story. You can earn energy everyday but up to 430 maybe. By playing a minigame (only playable once a day) and watching a video. The energy for me goes by in like 5 mins of playing and it’s frustrating. Not to mention the cost of buying energy is ridiculous. I wouldn’t really recommend if you plan to spend hours playing at a time.

I love the story. It’s very easy to get into. Well written and few grammatical errors but you will go through you energy SO fast. I bought the newbie back at 10$ for 10k in energy and barely made it through a chapter before running out of energy. It’s 10 for every tap to progress the story. Seems like a huge money grab. Also it’s too hard to get the special scenes and if you think you’re making the right choices you’re wrong. If you don’t choose correctly it’s 2$ to buy it or lose it and have to play the cheaper again. Only getting 300 energy for free a day is a joke. It’s literally only 30 lines of text. I would love to finish the story but I just made it to chapter 3 and it’s just not worth hundreds of dollars.

Story seems like 50 shades all over again without the bdsm. So not completely original.

What annoys me beside the energy issue is that the ceo acts like a sociopath who simply doesn’t treat the main character in the story well, even in a professional capacity. I’m not trying to be unreasonably outraged about women’s rights issues here, but I’m genuinely curious why in both games I’ve tried from this developer, the female character has to take so much crap /abuse from the ‘hot’ male characters who are always in a superior position. I think we can have a great storyline that is also a bit more balanced in terms of the characters. By the way, if your boss treats you like this ceo in this game, quit your job.

I saw the ads and I thought wow amazing art, may be the story can be interesting too! But I was wrong, usually in other games, most situations happened around the player and the one you choose. This one is trying to get your money so they expends the story by writing all the unnecessary things that happened to the player..like who cares about how her daily life, having conversations with her friends and pet(that looks so ugly) the energy is so less and expensive af! Also ads are always pop up when u open it and in the middle of the story and trust me, they don’t fix that “u don’t have enough energy” thing pop up even if u have enough energy..so yeah for people who have money go ahead and enjoy this crappy game..

I probably should have read reviews before trying to get into it. I’ll definitely be deleting IsItLoveRyan . They give you a set amount of energy every day 300, and every sentence you read is worth 10 points so you get 30 sentences a day. 😐 then they want you to buy energy, and still charge 10 per sentence. IsItLoveRyan won’t even show me the prices of the energy, but I’m sure it’s ridiculous. Be aware it’s a money scam.

I have no clue how IsItLoveRyan got rated so highly but I’m thinking they paid for their ratings. It’s not even well designed and has a lot of flaws. Example you can play a mini game for more energy and sometimes you won’t get any. Same thing with their video ads. The story seems good, but you really can’t enjoy it because 30 sentences is all you get per day. I’m done. Deleted.

I enjoy the game, it’s very good. 3 stars because Unfortunately having to wait 24 hours for additional power if you don’t want to pay the expensive prices to buy some more is crazy. Also I literally get to click through 2-3 slides and then it says I’ve used my power all up. How insane is that ?
I bought the 1,800 energy and got to go through about 7-10 slides. I think if I’m paying $4.99 for some energy I should at least be able to get my money’s worth. Again great game, great concept but maybe make it every hour or 2 instead of every 24 hours to renew energy. I’d love to keep playing but it’s aggravating.
