Been having problems ever since they added the videos to continue playing. Was so far into the game and it ended up starting me back at the beginning. Still can’t load the levels unless I close the game after every round and open it again. Today I can’t even open the game it won’t load. They need to fix the problems already.

I enjoy playing the actual game, but it has problems. I don't get coins for watching videos, and the game will often crash right before receiving earned boosts or coins. For those reasons I would never spend any money on it. There are little side games or challenges that I usually can't see the reason for. It crashes frequently. Today was the last straw, I played one whole level with an ad covering the top! Didn't pass it, LOL. I'm deleting it.

It was a fun game until level 32 when I was supposed to receive my 3 free bombs and SweetRoad , having worked all day, miraculously froze before I could claim my prize. Upon entering again I noticed I didn’t get my bombs. On top of that what do I get?! A pop up for a good deal on bombs. What a load of feces. If you want to entice purchases you should make your game hard to beat, not force SweetRoad to shut down at certain milestones to entice a purchase. Greed will always corrupt and your app will meet its demise as a result. The sad thing is I would have floated you a few dollars here and there had you not done this to me. Players beware.

I’ll be playing along having a great time...as we all know these games are so addicting. The thing that drives me insane is the game will pop up and tell me I have no more moves when I was getting ready to play one or two.

BE VERY CAREFUL! These games want you to spend money and if you’re not watching the game will get you to do so when you don’t need to. If all else fails start the level over.

This a great game with a great design. But when you play a level 43 times and do not beat it but then you buy some coins and magically beat the level the next time, it smells a little fishy. I understand SweetRoad has to make money but don’t make it so obvious that you are trying to dig into our wallets. Would have been five stars.

Why are we not getting the hearts for lives when we win them? I’ve had four lives & won one on the spin wheel, and it does not change & add a life. If the 5 lives are full & you win 2 from the garden, it should move up to 7, or hold them until you need them. It’s frustrating to accept lives from friends & they disappear!

The game is fun and I’ve even finished 800+ levels. I played it every day and was usually the last thing I did before I went to sleep for the night. The ads were many but I dealt with it and even got used to it because the game play/coins ratio was fair for all the adds you had to watch. NOW, with this latest update, ads have nearly doubled and there is this stupid “AdChoice” banner that covers part of the playing area and you CANNOT get rid of it. So, for now, at least for me, the game isn’t even playable on my iPad which is incredibly aggravating. I get it, the dev’s need to pay the bills blah blah blah but how about an option to play ad-free? Just a thought. I’ll give it a week and hopefully enough people are having the same problem I am and they fix it or I’ll have to retire it 😞.

I love this game but the only problems I have it
When you get a coin spin you have to be on SweetRoad for the 16 minutes you have to wait or it goes away if your not there in time
Same with the leagues
I was #6 and had some coins to rank in and I miss the deadline and got none of the coins cause I missed it by 2 minutes
Please fix this

I would like to see more chances (9-10) to a round rather than just 5. Also earn some type of credits we would earn after each attempt on a round then after so many tries we would have help to get past the more difficult levels. Thanks ☺️

I enjoy playing the game for the most part, but When the wheel is spun and I get a coins spin (after playing for 10 minutes) the coin wheel can be spun — after watching a commercial, but the coin spin doesn’t com up. The screen is stuck on orange ! What a rip off, bogus crap

Played for a long time without too many glitches but when I reached level 2280 and completed that level, the game will not advance to next level. I tried emailing support but it will not go through for some reason. Frustrating.

This is by far the best game out there. Awesome graphics, easy play and awesome time waster. No need to purchase items to enjoy high levels. Items: coins etc are super cheap to purchase if need be but I am on Level 434 and have had no problem playing with incentives given.

SweetRoad does not concentrate on money making but instead concentrates on the fun! One of the better match three games I have played in a long time! Even the side games are fun! You win extra moves extra lives extra special magic moves all the time! Very addictive! Love this game hands down makes candy crush look like a 3rd rate app! Less frustrating more fun!

The game is fun, I like to play it, and I think you guys are talented. Get it together and that’s the message.

I like this game but there are issues. After Every level I play it tells me I need to buy coins then when I click the + it shuts the game down. Very annoying so until it’s fixed I won’t be playing this game.

I still can’t figure out what the blue drops are for and the game freezes when I don’t pass a level and try to replay it. Otherwise, it’s fun and relaxing. Slightly challenging at times making it even more enjoyable.

This game is very addicting. It gives the player many opportunities to win rewards, so the player does not have to spend their own money as soon as they start playing and enjoying the game. This is the best does far. I only wish I could win coins and water droplets with more frequency and with more than one drop or coin every now and then.

For one, I rarely leave reviews. Yes I am one of those awful people. LOL! I have over 100 match 3 games on my tablets and phone, this one keeps drawing me in and I keep coming back to it because of its vibrate colors and sharp, crystal clear sound effects! I love everything about it, too much to describe in a review. Try it out for yourself and you’ll see what I’m talking about:)

Was having fun until I reached level 51. Then the game took all my winnings away from me 😞. A ‘league’ button and ‘quest’ button appeared. Can’t join a league because it won’t come up. Did the usual uninstall/reinstall, cleared everything, etc. Finally sent letter to get same message. Now no one will help me. My sister talked me into playing but I won’t play with a game that doesn’t work.

I play this game a bit almost everyday. I find they create new puzzles within the levels to understand in order to conquer the level.
